He had a wonderful stay at Hilton Abu dhabi yas island. This is the 2nd time we stayed in the hotel. We had tried different hotels at Yas island, and Hilton Yas Island is the best for family because All rooms rate include the theme park access. Special thanks to reception team (Shushant, Hiruni, Ashwin) and Bacha (concierge). They are the true symbol of an excellence customer service and representing the true values of Hilton’s.

Amazing experience, the Hotel staffs are very accommodating esp Ram Santos, Elisa, Harry & Socrates . The room was upgraded to a double bedroom with balcony facing the pool. The best part of the room is the clean bathroom & toilet. The rate was reasonable and the amenities are of high standard with free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, fitness area. The breakfast is sumptuous! Costumer Service attending to our trip to SeaWorld is exceptional too.

We came away for a 10 night stay with our 2 daughters. We had a lovely time from theme parks and relaxing by the pool. The food has been unreal, plenty to choose from, all cooked fresh and delicious! The staff are very accommodating and constantly trying to go above and beyond with their service and to make our holiday an amazing experience. The pool staff were fantastic, always friendly and happy and wanting us to enjoy our stay. Our drinks were never empty. They always offered drinks and water, they were great with the girls too offering ice lollies and ice cream. Special mention to Waruna, Watson, Ujjwal, Sachin, Ranuka and Subhankar. Thank you to everyone we’ve had a wonderful time!
