This was our 2nd stay at Hilton Yas Island and we had a great time for the 12 days we stayed. As a diamond customer we were upgraded to a corner suite which was amazing, so amazing we extended our stay by 6 nights. The housekeeping service was top notch a big thank you to Irene who looked after us. The executive lounge was great, so much better than 18 months ago. They have removed afternoon tea, but the breakfast & canapés service is so much better it made up for it. The staff are friendly in the lounge and always happy to help and go the extra mile. We had breakfast twice in the main restaurant, the food was nice but it was so so busy almost chaotic, this is the only negative we had about the hotel. The pool was great and we never had any issues getting a sunbed. The lifeguards were very observant and friendly. It did get busy at the weekends but I think that’s due to the outdoor pool brunch. The kids club went down well with my 3 year old. It was a shame the outdoor play area was closed but it did look like they were going to do some renovations. Overall 5 stars and we would 109% come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at the Hilton and enjoyed my stay. The amenities were great, and the place was very clean. Thank you to Cheten for the amazing room service. The family were very satisfied with the Hilton in Yas—an amazing place for a family staycation
