Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi

We recently enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. Overall, the property is beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the vast majority of the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and eager to ensure we had a great time. It is a superb destination for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was notably marred by an interaction with a staff member named Arka. His attitude was deeply unprofessional, and he used inappropriate language in Hindi, which was disrespectful and created an uncomfortable environment. Furthermore, his approach to beverage service was lacking; when requested cocktails were unavailable, he simply dismissed the requests without offering any alternatives or helpful suggestions. Additionally, the Bloody Mary he prepared was excessively spicy to the point of being undrinkable. Despite this isolated incident at the bar, the rest of our stay was overwhelmingly positive. I still highly recommend Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi for its excellent dining, beautiful facilities, and generally superb hospitality. I hope the management team addresses this specific staffing issue to ensure all future guests receive the consistent, respectful service that the rest of the resort provides.

The hotel was really nice but the problem we had was that the activities for the kids were reduced and we didn't know it. To be honest this was the main reason why my wife and I have decided to go to RIXOS Abu Dhabi because on the website of the RIXOS Marina Abu Dhabi they show and written so many activities that we fell in love with it and thought that this will be the best time of the lives our kids but when we were there we have seen that they reduce so much of the activities that we were so disappointed. Even the time of opening the rixy kids club. At the time we were there they opened the rixy kids club at 11:00 am and closed again at 12:30 am to clean and take a break then from 14:00 am until 20:00 pm. This was an huge inconvenience for us. We drove to Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island to have a comparison, and they had the kids' club open from 10 to 10. As we saw it we were even more trist and disappointed. First and last time there. We were in Turkey in Rixos and they had a lot for kids that our kids did forget us for long times. They'd had so much fun but this time in Ab Dhabi not. So 😢😢. My time at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional, From the outstanding facilities to remarkable consistency in service, every element of my holiday cane with extreme professionalism, dedication, and genuine hospitality. The restaurants deserve particular recognition. Every dining experience was memorable, with food that was consistently extremely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared to the highest standards. Then there is the pool bar which took the game to the next level witj such a yop notch quality, and execution with all the variety of the renowned and along with them the uniquely crafted drinks were nothing short of impressive. A sincere thank you goes to staff whose expertise and dedication clearly elevate the entire guest experience. But one who really truly sets aprt and delivers a unique experience at Rixos marina are is its people. The staff made a massive impact on our stay, and the consistency across all departments was remarkable. Abhinand from pool bar, was the driving force. He took my experience to the next level, he ensures service runs smoothly, drinks are delivered efficiently, and always with a genuine smile. The command over his craft and the way he delivered is nithing short of brilliant, nothing seems to stop him from delivering exceptional customer care. And also everyone who was there in the hotel made sure that I had the best experience possible on my vacation and I will be back for sure. ❤️

Wow! A 5 star hotel with 5 star service. Just returned from a 12 night stay at this hotel and we were impressed. Stayed on 25th floor in room with a balcony - fully recommend paying extra for this, The hotel is stunning, food is great - you HAVE to visit the Hashi restaurant; the food is phenomenal. Best bits - pool/ sea side service, Anti-Dote bar, golf-cart ferry to Mall, concierge. The room was a great size, loads of storage. Mini bar restocked every afternoon. For UK guests, just be aware that you can’t take alcohol back from the bar to the room, although beer is stocked in the mini bar. Also, don’t play cards in the Hashi; culturally it’s not the best, although if you check with the management, you should be ok withbUNO and Phase 10. Improvements; just a little more variety in the restaurant- it isn’t the biggest for the size of the hotel, which is actually really good, however we didn’t see a huge amount of variety over 12 days. All of the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely check out the coffee shopm2-6pm, hidden gem. There were a few outside vendor areas that weren’t open which was a shame. We would return to this hotel - very impressed and had the most wonderful holiday. Must sees - Sea World (do an experience) and the Waterpark on Yas Island and the Grand Mosque. On Monday evenings you can visit the F1 track and if you get there for 6pm, queue up and get a free bike to ride around the circuit (wear closed toe shoes) or you can walk it. Try an autonomous taxi too! Thank you Abu Dhabi, we’ll be back!

We are currently staying at the rixos and have just had a beautiful meal at the Hashi restaurant on the 38th floor.The whole team are a credit to the rixos brand and all made us feel so welcome. The food was beautiful and the service was outstanding they also had a dj playing tonight she was great.Highly recommend and thank you again to you all for a memorable evening
