Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi from the moment we arrived. The reception check-in process was fast, smooth, and very well organized. Julia from the reception team welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She answered all of our questions and made us feel valued from the very beginning. The concierge team was equally outstanding. They helped us arrange our tickets to SeaWorld quickly and explained everything we needed to know, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We highly recommend Rixos Marina and look forward to coming back!

I booked for a graduation surprise for my sister , Ms. Natalia contacted me and she set up everything so perfectly. I was run alittle bit late for our appointment and I was surprised that she followed up to check on me. That’s what I call a 5 star service . Room were clean, staff was polite, and the food was excellent. Had a comfortable stay.

We like Aqua Park, all staff in restuaranta is very good. Also thanks to reception, concierge, room location, check in was smooth, check in was fast early. Thanks Altynai gor help. Just wants more enterteimant. House Keeping staff very helpfull. Room servise is nice.
