Amazing Service and food Vishna was great!

I would say the ambiance was great, a Big Shout out to Vishnu for being extra helpful and accommodating.

We have just come back from a fabulous but very different holiday. We arrived on the morning of the 28th, we had a club room so were taken straight to the club level where we checked in and thankfully didn't have to wait long for our room, whilst we were waiting we could have some breakfast. After unpacking and then going to the pool where we were greeted by Ibrahim one of the pool attendants who showed us around and then secured our beds, gave us waters and it was time to relax. Unfortunately about an hour later we were hearing things and looked up to the sky and saw missiles being intercepted. For safety we were called inside. As we had the club lounge we were able to go in there and wait, whilst eating and drinking amazing food and drinks. The rest of the holiday was very much the same sirens going off, having to go inside etc. This did not ruin the holiday in anyway as we still got plenty of hours on the sunbeds. Our room deluxe king was lovely, a good size as was the bathroom. We were situated in the same block as the lounge so accessing it was easy. I thoroughly recommend the club level if it is possible as you really if you don't want to need to eat anywhere else. We did choose to try all the restaurants as you can do half board on a day to day basis and they were all amazing! The staff everywhere were so attentive and you felt special when they greet you by your name and know exactly what drink you want in the morning and get to know your alcohol preferences. Round the pool we were looked after by Ibrahim, Rafiq and Kalam who couldn't do enough for us if needed, always made sure our waters were full and if there was anything we wanted! They were so lovely. The glasses cleaner, ice lollies and little snacks were a great touch. The club lounge staff, Joseph, Dipika, Prabha, Samir, Sabine, Giold, Kumar, Frank and Diego and chef Krisan were the nicest people who looked after us so well, if there was something we wanted that wasn't there they would get it for you also. All the staff at reception and concierge were lovely too and were there on hand when needed when we were having flight changes all the time and not knowing when we were able to leave. I loved the hotel, and would definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back. We didn't get to see Abu Dhabi as we felt safer in the hotel at this time due to the situation so that is also a reason to return as there is so much to do. The gym was great too, as was the spa and padel courts!

We were so well looked after by all the staff at the hotel during our stay . The hotel is magnificent, photos do not do it justice, I wish we could capture just the ambiance and fragrance of the hotel as you enter. The reception staff and porters are charming. The grounds and restaurants are perfectly presented and illuminated in the evening to create a magical atmosphere. The food was excellent in both the main restaurant and individual themed smaller restaurants, we were spoilt for choice. During the day the pool side staff were on hand constantly, laying out towels , bringing drinks, ice lollies even offering to clean sunglasses 😎! We used both the main pool and the adult only Anthony served us so well . Our evenings started in the cocktail bar for happy hour then we enjoyed delicious food in the restaurants, they were all excellent it’s hard to say which we enjoyed most. When our flight was cancelled we were supported by the staff and given details of the government support for payment of extra nights and food . We were even given a voucher for the beautiful spa , I put this towards the best massage I have ever had . This was our first visit to the hotel and it certainly won’t be our last, we have never experienced 5 star ⭐️ service before in all the years we have travelled, we will certainly be visiting again in the future. Thank you again to all the staff and managers who looked after us we can only mention a few of the names we noted Alas,Ajeet, Selvia Albina, Ira Maryand Rabien and Anthony , sorry we haven’t all the names but you will certainly be remembered x

I had a great Iftar experience, delicious food, and amazing hospitality. The variety of dishes was excellent, and the service was very friendly. Special thanks to Pavan and the Giornotte team for their wonderful service.
