The Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal

We visited here in January 2026. Weeks ago, we had an amazing welcome at check-in. Our room was spacious and clean, with a good view of the pool.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Sanjay, Jess, Zaki, and Ei. They were all incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive throughout. What really stood out was how they went the extra mile to make sure we didn’t miss out on anything and felt completely taken care of. Their teamwork and positive attitude made everything smooth and enjoyable. Truly appreciate their excellent service!

Giornotte Restaurant had an amazing brunch with the family. Great service provided by Sanjay, Jess, Zaki and Ei. Will definitely be visiting again.
