recently stayed at anantara the plam and I have to say the service was excellent. Saiful and noman from the housekeeping team did an outstanding job—my room was always perfectly clean, organized, and refreshed on time. The hotel also has a great pool area, perfect .Another big advantage is that located in plam its making super convenient for travel around Highly recommended .

A big thank you to the entire Reception and Giest service team, LEM, NAVA & EVER😍🙌. A warm service and friendly and nice attitude of KIM and others in Cresendo.
