Atlantis the Palm

We recently stayed at Atlantis The Palm and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. My partner and I were extremely impressed with the level of service — it was truly impeccable. The hotel was not over crowded during our stay (May 2026), which meant we were able to fully enjoy all of the facilities. Everything was top-notch, from the amenities to the atmosphere. A special thank you to Sandip from housekeeping, who was exceptional and did our room valet - His attention to detail was incredible, and the care he put into his work definitely didn’t go unnoticed. He’s honestly one of the best housekeeping staff members we’ve ever come across — and we’ve stayed in some great hotels around the world. Our concierge, Vincent, was also fantastic — extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to share his personal recommendations for restaurants/ beach clubs - which showed he really knew Dubai well. There were several occasions where he even went out of his way to help us. Thank you again for such an amazing stay — we’ll definitely be back!

This is a hotel that is of course impressive but once the first reaction dissipates the decor is not very elegant at all and the main restaurant (saffron) was a bustling chaos of people and noise. Industrial scale hospitality. Ok for the kids and we did enjoy our stay but would really think twice about revisiting

A spectacular hotel with amazing views. Excellent experience from start to finish. The service exceeded our expectations, and every member of the team was friendly, respectful, and attentive. The staff truly made the difference by making us feel comfortable and welcomed during our entire stay. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests created such a pleasant experience for us. a rare gem. The cleaning service was very fast, and Mahmoud was very kind, respectful, generous, and well-organized. He was also very clean and professional. The reception was good as well, but there was a misunderstanding at the hotel. First, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Secondly, the fire alarm light was very annoying at night. They could have turned the lights off because it kept blinking on and off all night, and the light was directly above our heads.

I had an amazing experience at the Atlantis Hotel, and I especially want to recognize the housekeeping team for their outstanding service. The room cleaners were incredibly professional, friendly, and detail-oriented throughout my stay. Every day, the room was spotless, beautifully organized, and refreshed to perfection. I truly appreciated the small touches — neatly arranged amenities, fresh towels, and the care they put into making the room feel comfortable and luxurious. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed and genuinely made my stay more enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you to the wonderful housekeeping staff at Atlantis in particular Dennis, Gavin do and Ganesh for maintaining such high standards and providing exceptional hospitality. You are a big part of what makes this hotel so special!
