The cleaning personnel are very good and friendly! Unfortunately many restaurants are closed now and there is also some construction work going on we didn’t know about. All in all, nice hotel.

An unforgettable stay of the highest caliber! Atlantis The Palm in Dubai once again far exceeded our expectations in every respect. Everything was organized to perfection, from arrival to departure. The welcome we received from Mr. Leshan Joseph and the entire Imperial Club team was exceptional. Our room was ready for us upon arrival and adorned with flowers; welcome greetings and thoughtful touches (for returning guests) awaited us inside. It was a truly positive welcome experience. For us, booking Atlantis The Palm with access to the Imperial Club Lounge is the deciding factor. The lounge offers an exclusive and tranquil atmosphere. The culinary offerings and the facilities—ranging from the lavish breakfast and elegant afternoon tea to evening cocktails and canapés—were simply first-class and of the highest quality. However, what truly made this stay unique was the fantastic team at the Imperial Club. The staff are the true heart of the hotel; they work tirelessly, with genuine smiles and a warmth that is rarely found. They anticipated our every wish. Special thanks once again to Mr. Leshan Joseph, who leads his department with outstanding professionalism and warmth.
