From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, but a few key highlights made our stay exceptional. ​The Rooms & Dining: The hotel rooms are breathtaking—spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering stunning views. Dining was equally impressive; the buffet spread at Saffron was outstanding, offering an incredible variety and top-quality food every single day. ​Above & Beyond Service: What truly set this trip apart was the extraordinary hospitality from Azad, our guest room service assistant. Azad transformed our stay into a deeply personalized experience. Every single evening, he brought incredible attention to detail to the turn-down service. ​Special Touches: On our 16th wedding anniversary, Azad went out of his way to arrange beautiful room decor for my wife and provided a lovely complimentary fruit platter. His thoughtfulness made our celebration feel truly special. ​Family Hospitality: Beyond his attention to detail, Azad was remarkably kind, engaging, and helpful to our son throughout our stay. It’s rare to find service that feels both genuinely warm and flawlessly professional. ​A massive thank you to the management team at Atlantis, The Palm, and especially to Azad, for making our family stay and anniversary so magical. We cannot wait to return!

We had another wonderful stay at Atlantis The Palm. This is not our first visit, and once again the experience has been exceptional. A special thank you to TL Shahzad and Dilshan, who took such great care of our room throughout our stay. The room was always perfectly clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. They were incredibly attentive and regularly checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel very well looked after. We are extremely happy with their service and with the service at Atlantis overall. It’s always a pleasure to come back, and experiences like this are exactly why we continue choosing Atlantis. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to TL Shahzad and Dilshan, for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to coming back again!
