Atlantis the Palm

MAGICAL This is the first word I think of when I think of my holiday at Atlantis! We return here again & again as everything is perfection. Thank you to all the staff,each & every one of you have 100% customer service skills & work so hard to make everyone’s holiday wonderful. We have just returned & I can’t wait to be back there. A special thank you to Moshiour,he is the best manager I have ever come across. He treats his staff with kindness & I can see how respectful he is with everybody. His lovely manner makes me smile & id say he is one of the people that stands out a mile for us. Also thank you to Kawsar & Mohammed that work in the water park…you know how to make us feel looked after & special. They went out of their way to be helpful & friendly with us & we won’t forget this. Also thank you to Joyline & Hukum Chhetki that work at the water park,they both have a deep love for animals & in my eyes that’s very special. I can’t wait to see you all again & we are going to start saving up for our next adventure with you!! Young or old Atlantis is the place to be…go once & you will want to return…trust me it’s MAGICAL. One thing I have to mention is that a lot of the other holiday makers were very rude to the staff & this is just not necessary. Kindness costs nothing & in my eyes we are all human & treat others how we want to be treated…please keep this in mind if you go to Atlantic as kindness & a smile costs nothing 😁

Nemo and Krish made the roast at BSK even more enjoyable by entertaining our little one with cupcake decorating whilst we enjoyed a moment of peace!
