My experience stay with barcelo hotel business was very pleasant and welcoming. I was treated like a family, the reception team always put on a glamour smiles and are always ready to assist always. Alfred helped me to navigate easily by telling the location to visit first because I came with a preferences. All of these were made easy and posible because of Alfred Assistance. The hotel is good and the staff are very welcoming. The lobby smells so nice and the decoration was top-notch. The receptionist are highly professional and helpful, the check in and checked out was smoth especially Alfred he make up feel comfortable. The hotel also have an amazing pool area. Definitely the hotel is highly recommended.
