Citymax Bur Dubai

Everything about our stay at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai was fantastic. Mr. Saddaf at reception made a great impression right away, he was extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The location is ideal, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the value for money is hard to beat. Service and amenities were both top tier. Highly recommended!

Had a really nice stay at Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai with my partner. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location was convenient too. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely consider staying here again. ❤️

Location and rooms are value for money, rooms are so clean , zero notice, food is awesome and satisfied, location is near to old city, burg khalifa, world trade center, fantastic and satisfied breakfast. Timing of breakfast is good, Indian breakfast are too teasty. We could not able to excess pool due undermaintence. Although I gave 4 out of 5 star

The most welcoming hotel, it felt a lot like home. Amazing discounts for long staying guests , apart from it all what makes it even more special is the staff there, big big shout out to the reception team(All of you❤️) and the housekeeping team ❤️❤️ it wouldn’t have been perfect without you!!!

Worst service and behaviour. People are rude at front desk dont answer calls when to call front desk for help. Dont book try sunday holiday as it too much better then this.
