I stayed at this hotel for nearly two years, and the most consistent issue throughout my stay was a persistent cigarette smoke problem. Despite the hotel being presented as non-smoking, smoke regularly entered both the room and corridor areas, significantly affecting sleep, comfort, and overall wellbeing. I made repeated efforts to resolve this constructively with management, including sharing a detailed root cause analysis nearly two years ago to help identify and address the underlying issue. While I was consistently assured that everything possible had been done, my experience did not reflect this. During my final week, I discovered that key operational staff had not seen the analysis, which raised serious concerns about how the issue was being managed. From my perspective, this is not an isolated or short-term issue, but a structural limitation of the property. In practice, maintaining a non-smoking environment appears to be extremely difficult. Over time, it also became evident that maintaining occupancy levels was prioritized, with room rates adjusted accordingly. This has had a noticeable impact on the overall environment and standards within the property. The location near Mall of the Emirates is convenient, and that is one positive aspect. However, the surrounding area and overall condition did not meet expectations for a comfortable stay. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay at this property, particularly if a genuinely non-smoking environment is important. I would not choose to stay at this property again.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Almost every aspect of the experience deserves top marks, from the warm and efficient check-in process to the consistently high level of service throughout my stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, with attention to detail that made the stay feel luxurious. Housekeeping seem to be maintaining excellent standards daily. Facilities were equally impressive, offering everything needed for both relaxation and productivity. Dining options were of a high standard, with quality food and good variety. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and well-managed. If I had to be extremely critical, there were only very minor points that prevented a perfect score, but nothing that materially affected the experience. I would confidently recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.
