Fairmont Ajman

The hotel was spectacular from staff to food and rooms.If you asked for anything they did there upmost to get it.New pool was lovely,we found it should have been deeper for a decent swim and maybe small children would stay in the children’s pool. I can’t thank you all for giving my husband and I a holiday of a life time. Evelyn and Stephan.

A big shout out to the following crew members who made our stay in Fairmont pleasant and memorable: April from the Philippines . She was the one who always meets and greets us for breakfast with a big smile and a positive attitude. April always found a few minutes to have a little chat making us feel welcomed in the restaurant. April was always attentive to our two little kids accommodating their dinner requests.Malika (our daughter) kept talking about her every single day, saying that April is so kind and very nice! Amr from Egypt, dining room staff. He was always providing an exceptional service. Anything we needed for dinner we had it from him! During busy dinner time Amr was always able to find some spare minutes to interact with us and our kids! Amr was always smiling, friendly, welcoming, helpful, open hearted and a very pleasant person to chat with. Rachel from Kenya. She was always kind and attentive to small details! She was very helpful with accommodating our requests, interacted with our kids, always stopped by to chat and ask if there was anything she could do for us. She is an absolute jem in the team! Also big thanks to Nasar, Babitha and Rupa. You were all superstars! Even though we had a few issues in our room ( poor water pressure, broken fridge and big flakes of dust above our bed) all staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. All issues were resolved super fast and that’s why we would return here again! Well done , TEAM FAIRMONT! And thank you to each and everyone for your great service.

In this hotel, the service, food, and staff are beyond praise. I would especially like to thank ULDANA ZHUMABAYEVA for helping my mother, who is 70 years old. When such qualified and professional staff work at a hotel, the management can rest assured that everything is working wonderfully at the hotel. Thank you so much!

We stayed at Fairmont Ajman to celebrate my fiancé’s 40th birthday, and the whole experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It feels luxurious, elegant and impressive as soon as you walk in. We were welcomed by Lwin and Marc, who were both so warm and friendly that they genuinely made us feel like old friends. The team very kindly upgraded us to a suite on the 12th floor, which was such a wonderful surprise. The views were incredible, the room was huge, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also greeted with a special birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food throughout our stay was fantastic. There was a great variety available, everything was fresh and delicious, and we looked forward to every meal. A huge thank you to the chefs and restaurant team. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. The level of service was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, caring and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a wonderful stay. Staff remembered our names, checked in with us regularly and treated us with so much warmth. On my fiancé’s birthday, the team made an extra effort to celebrate him and even sang Happy Birthday, which made the day feel even more special. The restaurant hostesses were also absolutely lovely and always welcomed us with a smile. The pool area was beautiful, and the private beach was perfect for relaxing. It was exactly the kind of break we needed. This was our first visit to the UAE, and Fairmont Ajman has set the standard incredibly high. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent and the facilities are fantastic, but it is the people and the exceptional service that really make this hotel special. We would absolutely stay at Fairmont Ajman again and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to Lwin, Marc, the chefs, restaurant team and every member of staff who helped make my fiancé’s 40th birthday such a memorable experience.

The entertainment team were amazing and really made our stay so much more enjoyable! Special thanks to Bemo and Mazen for being so friendly, fun and energetic. They created such a great atmosphere and made sure everyone was having a good time. Definitely a highlight of our stay! ❤️
