. Rating: 1/5 Stars I am leaving a 1-star review for this property, and quite frankly, if I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was completely overshadowed by the absolutely unacceptable behavior of a staff member named Raj, who claimed to be a department manager. During my visit, I had an interaction with Raj where I happened to mention that I am on the verge of achieving Platinum Elite status with Marriott Bonvoy. Instead of the standard, welcoming hospitality you expect from the Marriott brand, Raj was incredibly rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a highly unprofessional and condescending manner. I was left absolutely shocked by his hostility. This raises a very serious question: if a so-called "manager" feels comfortable speaking this badly to a loyal guest who is about to hit Platinum Elite status, how on earth do they treat normal, everyday guests? It is frightening to imagine the standard of service being provided to people who aren't part of the loyalty program. True hospitality trickles down from management. If Raj's behavior is indicative of the leadership at this property, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel entirely. Marriott Corporate needs to take a serious look at how this property is being run. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Save your money and points, and stay at a hotel that actually values basic human decency and customer service.

Total 8 days with three rooms such a marvellous and unforgettable memories. Even most of time we back just to sleep and the housekeeping make up our sleeping moment was priceless. Main thing to say is morning breakfast was fantastic the waiter and waiteress are so helpful. My father is are very happy with their help without grumpy. They are all so sweet and adorable. Only thing a bit up set is our rooms are not nearby it's might be a mistake by our tour agency. Overall we are very happy with their hospitality. Thank you for the service and support.... 🫰🫰🫰🫰🫰🫰

Location is too congested. Room is spacous i like it. Full breakfast is not for me. There's not much to choose . & service is very slow. There's shortage of small glasses for juices. Over all 3points star. I say special mention to the kind & helpful housekeeping staff. SANJIIT ( I hope that's correct) Thank you very much for your service.🥰 Rm 503
