Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly.

The customer service experience throughout was outstanding. We were met with incredible kindness, sincerity and authenticity without exception from every single member of staff, so many congratulations and thanks to Pavel (Hotel Manager) who has got it so right. Our first encounter was “welcome to our family” and my goodness it truly was. Within minutes we felt part of the family. A special mention to all the staff for making our stay so memorable including Faith, Anna, Jovy, Valens, Betty, Louay, Noel, Bradley, Phyo and Mark. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, kind, considerate, patient and clearly very genuine, sincere people. We felt very valued and respected and cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences we have ever experienced and thank them all sincerely for making that happen. We wish them well for the future and look forward to returning one day soon! Regardless of that the quality of the accommodation and restaurant cuisine were outstanding also so if I could rate it 20 out of 10, I would! Many thanks again! I had another wonderful stay at Mövenpick, formerly known as Sun and Sands Hotel Creek. This was already my third stay here, and it continues to be one of my favorite hotels in the UAE. The hotel has maintained its warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service has been consistently excellent every time I visit. What truly makes the experience special is the staff. From the reception team to the concierge, restaurant staff, chefs, and room attendants, everyone was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back and would love to return next time with my family and friends.
