It was a wonderful surprise that I chose to stay at Mövenpick Dubai Creek to celebrate my wife's birthday, but I never expected this level of care from the team. From the check-in experience to the room and the breakfast, everything was exceptional. They first sent a birthday cake to our room, and later, during breakfast, they prepared another surprise for us. Honestly, with my years of experience in the hospitality industry in Dubai, I have never experienced this level of genuine care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Betty and the entire team for making this celebration so memorable. Your hospitality truly exceeded our expectations.

Excellent - had lunch in the Italian place and it was delicious! Noel made my stay extra special! Excellent value but please note the hotel is dry.
