We stayed at Mövenpick Dubai Creek for a short staycation and were genuinely impressed with the value for money. We paid AED 549.36 for two rooms with half board, which is an excellent deal considering the overall experience. The hotel has a modern and elegant feel, especially in the lobby, which makes a great first impression. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The food exceeded our expectations. For a package deal, the quality and variety were very good, and everything we tried was enjoyable. One of the highlights is the rooftop, where the pool is located and where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Dubai skyline. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the pool during our stay as the water temperature wasn’t controlled at the time. We were informed there was an issue with the switch that manages it, but hopefully this gets resolved as it would definitely elevate the experience. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, from reception to the restaurant, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, this hotel offers great value without compromising comfort and quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-priced stay in Dubai.

Me and Mom stayed at the hotel 12 days. It was best hotel and best service. Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. The service, breakfast, spotless rooms. The reception was very friendly and helpful. All staff girls and boys were wonderful. There was a small problem with our first room,so staff moved us to another room. It was even better than the first, with a complimentary fruit plate. The rooms are spotless, everything you need is there. The hotel hallway and lifts clean and smell wonderful. Special thanks to Betty(breakfast manager).She's very very good person. We always felt cared and welcome (like we her own guests in her house).Thank you Betty.It was unforgettable ❤️ We want to say a huge thanks to all hotel staff (specially with situation right now)We definitely be back and recommend all people.
