Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top-notch. The check-in was seamless and welcoming - special shoutout to Karim & Manager at reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make us feel at home right away with his warm smile and efficient service. The resort itself is stunning: a beautiful private beachfront location right on Jumeirah Beach, with easy access to JBR Walk, Dubai Marina, and all the nearby attractions. The grounds are lush with gardens, waterfalls, and multiple pools (including fantastic ones with slides for kids and a relaxing infinity pool). We spent most days lounging by the beach or pool—clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. The Arabian-style design gives it a real sense of elegance and tranquility amid Dubai’s buzz. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with plush bedding, modern amenities, and lovely views over the gardens and partial sea glimpses. Housekeeping was attentive daily without being intrusive. The variety of dining options is impressive - 13 restaurants and bars meant we never got bored. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious, with fresh options for everyone, and dinners at the various venues (from Mediterranean to international) were flavorful and well-served. Service throughout the property was outstanding—staff were proactive, polite, and genuinely helpful, making every interaction pleasant. It’s clearly a family-friendly resort, with the kids’ club and activities keeping little ones entertained while we relaxed. Minor note: there is some ongoing construction visible/audible in parts, but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment—the team manages it well, and the beach/pool areas feel like a peaceful escape. Overall, this is a luxurious, relaxing 5-star experience with excellent value for a beach resort in Dubai. We’d happily return and highly recommend it—whether for families, couples, or anyone seeking a premium stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip memorable!

stayed here for christmas and the new year and went all inclusive as were unsure about prices and how far money would go. Firstly the all inclusive offering was pretty dire with most things costing extra and only served from noon until 11 pm The room itself was tired and there appeared to be a lot of silicone holding the bathroom together.most of the staff especially Hassan and Matti in club lounge and guys at the beach were tremendous. as previously huge downside is the cost and on reading tripadvisor reviews on my return was astounded at how many first ever reviews there were !!! seems a bit suspicious to me. would i return ??? NO
