Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection

We had nine nights at the hotel. Service was excellent. Khaleed and Randy run a superb hotel with excellent staff

Fantastic hotel, very good standards by all staff with the facilities being all at a high level. Very happy to stay again. My room was always clean and looked after each day by Mary who did a amazing work, as I was woeking a bit from my room so got to meet her and honestly couldn't do enough to make sure customer service was how you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Loys of room for all guest at the pools or on the beach or at any of the bars. Very happy with all.

Always a great experience at this hotel. You are always made welcome and the staff are great and approachable. Attention to detail is amazing it’s never any trouble. The rooms are always clean and come to turn your rooms down. Thank you tarseim at the beach, the team on the 25 floor hossam, Ahmed, Larry and Melane they are a credit to your hotel
