Indigo Dubai Downtown

Maher was very kind and respectful with us and very helpful

From beginning to end of our stay at Hotel Indigo has been a wondrous experience — the warmest welcome. All members of staff go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. This very much feels like a family friendly environment, whilst their ability to cater for business travellers shows exceptional professionalism. It is the staff who make Hotel Indigo — courteous, professional and uplifting. Thanks all.

The hotel exceeded my expectations on all fronts, the hotel is pet friendly; the hotel is pet friendly, we came with our cat and the staff were super friendly, and Michael from front desk was always supportive and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely return.

What an amazing short stay at Hotel Indigo Dubai. The hotel is in a great location to explore Dubai city and has fabulous amenities for a city hotel. From arrival, we had a fantastic welcome from Mustafa on reception who spoke so proudly of the hotel and City, giving us some great tips on how to make the most of our short stay and places to see. The rooms are absolutely stunning and so well laid out. We especially liked the interconnecting door option. As always with a Hotel Indigo, the breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of options. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening with fabulous service from Sarah. The rooftop bar and pool were very welcome on a hot afternoon and served a great range of drinks and snacks. Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

It was a good stay; the place was clean, beautiful, and close to Dubai Mall.
