During my stay I was welcomed by a seemless checkin and highly personalized service by all staff involved. Honourable mentions to Radha and her manager Mutala from the facilities team for constant checkins and ensuring that I didn't want for anything in my room. A special thanks to Allison and her team at Pregos for my daily meals and especially Dangal who offered personal service, even preempting my orders before they are made by the end of my stay. Despite a small hiccup at the business centre on my last day after checkout Imo and team ensured that I could comfortably host my online session without distractions or disturbance. All considered, a great experience which I hope to have again! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel, especially thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. My daughter stayed here for a birthday trip, and the team went out of their way to help me arrange a special surprise for her. Even though there were some small logistical challenges, the staff handled everything with patience, care, and genuine willingness to help. In the end, they delivered a lovely birthday cake, which was truly appreciated. The communication was excellent, and the level of attention and kindness shown by the hotel employees made a real difference. Their hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stand out. Thank you to the entire team for your support and for making this stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet at Channels is better or at par with any highend buffet at a seven star hotel. The variety was UNBELIEVABLE. From healthy, to grills to fast fast, there’s something for everyone. Can’t wait to go back alreadyyy

The buffet spread at CHANNELS is to die for. What variety and what taste. Everything was banging. Especially the dessert spread and the chicken liver

A perfect stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the real star was the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—from breakfast to dinner. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Would absolutely return, if only for another meal! Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5)
