Clean very veey clean. Nice. The food just more then excellent. Only thing that lunch and dinner- now cofee , tea, or other drinks on tables. You have to ask for it and they bring it. And the bus goes to beach only 3 times. And if its full (back from beach) then tou can not get on the bus. We hade to take taxy. And nobody will recharge it for you. In the pool area the sun gors behind the other height builingd areound 16:00 and then no sun. So agternoon its better beach.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff exceptional. From housekeeping wonderful, . guest services were amazing. Front desk efficient. It was friendly., despite the extraordinary circumstances of Teheran situation with the stranded guests, the food was still amazing, the service excellent. I would definitely recommend staying there again

Great experience at Prego’s for their Trattoria Night. The antipasto buffet had a nice variety and everything tasted fresh. We had the grilled salmon as our main and it was perfectly cooked. The tiramisu was a great sweet ending. Friendly service and a lovely atmosphere.

Really enjoyed Trattoria Night at Prego’s. The antipasto buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The grilled salmon was flavorful and well prepared, and the tiramisu was excellent. A nice Italian dining experience overall.

We enjoyed our vacation.It was a good overall experience.The city is beautiful and the atmosphere is welcoming.However, during our last night we had to stay in the lobby for 12 hours due the difference between the time in our transfer and our C/O time[It was a fault of the travel agent]. Special thanks to Dior, Rida, and Abdul from guest services for supporting us durinf that long night. We were staying in the room 1210.
