Riu Dubai

Hadn’t experienced all inclusive for some time but this place does not disappoint. Plentiful variety of food options through several restaurants, our favourite was Spices. Spotlessly clean everywhere, credit to the staff. Very swift maintenance when needed and an in house app for everything including booking your restaurant. Shout out to Horizon, Josephine and Abi who helped us throughout our 9 nights stay and even offered advice for emergency dental appointments. Great hotel with great facilities but the best staff and service I’ve experienced in an all inclusive. The quality of food is second to none and location is beachfront which is fantastic.

Everything about the stay was brilliant, the staff were excellent, the hotel was extremely clean, the beach and pools were brilliant! Would stay again

I had an enjoyable stay at Rui in Dubai. There was a problem with receiving notices that I was leaving the hotel before my actual leaving date.

Food Was delicious there Was not one thing that wasnt good. Pool Was amazing, warm water perfect for swimming. Drinks at all the bars (including pool bars) were great, te quality of ingridients Was top. Everything oryginal no knock offs. Service excellent, always there Was someone ready to help.
