Riu Dubai

I visited Dubai for the first time and stayed at Hotel Riu Dubai. It was an absolutely stunning experience. The hotel is fantastic, with very clean rooms and restaurants, and the staff are extremely friendly. The food was also very good. I would truly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be coming back to Dubai.

me and my family cannot say enough good about this hotel. Staff were all amazing and all went above and beyond. we was running out of my dads medication and everything was organised and delivered with help from reception within 20 minutes. a a special shout out to Josephine in the restaurant and the lovely host of the main restaurant who covers breakfast and lunch. Entertainment team was also great. really great range of food and we particularly loved the curry corner. drinks were of good quality and never had to wait too long at the bar. we will be visiting again :) thank you for everything

A friend and myself recently experienced an amazing holiday at this hotel and then became stuck there because of the conflict. I cannot thank the hotel enough for looking after us so well in the most challenging of times. The management were always visible to answer any queries ( of which there were many at this time) All the staff were so caring, respectful and helpful and went out of their way to provide positive experiences despite it being an anxious time. Things carried on - spectacular shows, daytime activities and fabulous meals. The nurse even arranged for medication to be delivered within an hour when we were running short because of our unexpected extended stay!! The reception staff were amazing having to rebook rooms daily! A special shout out to Amisha who always had a smile and helped us with WiFi!! The restaurant and bar staff were amazing! Knowing our drinks before we even sat down! Rayad, Horizon, Roshan and especially Ashna were fab! Abi in the Lebanese restaurant was so lovely we always enjoyed a chat with him he was so helpful. Ernest and Manch made the best cocktails at the pool bar! Also Laureen who always greater us with a smile. The speciality restaurants were superb and the Entertainment team were excellent. The drivers were superb. We used the hotel cars and can’t fault the service. Really reasonable fixed price. We got stuck in traffic whilst on a meter! We will definitely return to this hotel with our families. The climate at this time of year was the best. It was okay, the food is amazing as always, just little too crowded because of holiday. When we arrived in the room, there was no water or any drinks available, so have to call them up. The big pools were not controlled temp, the water was too cold, thats why most of the kids were in the pool for toddler, and now the toddlers don't have space haha. On the top of that, the sockets in our room were not working.

A good place to unwind for family with kids. The AI package helps and is nice, although few more options could be added and improved. The check in took us 1.5hrs and breakfast queue was about 30mins. Not enough parking and we had to park on the main street outside the hotel risking Police fines. I would let that go, as it was peak Eid rush but there should have been contingency plans in place. All in all still a nice stay and kudos to staff for keeping up with the rush and let the flow continue.
