We were very well received at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, and the entire team was attentive, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Sufyan Muhammad, the concierge agent, who helped me a lot throughout our stay. He was always available, attentive, and genuinely willing to assist whenever we needed something. His professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. A very special thank you to Ali Raza, who took care of cleaning our room throughout our stay. He did an outstanding job every day, always making sure the room was perfectly clean, tidy, and comfortable. He was extremely kind, respectful, attentive, and professional. His dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference during our stay. A very special mention to Wahidur, who took particularly good care of us during our meals. He was especially thoughtful with our children and always made sure they were comfortable and happy. Small gestures, such as bringing them freshly cut mangoes, really showed how attentive and caring he was. His kindness and personal attention were truly appreciated. We would also like to thank the Valet team for their excellent service, efficiency, and warm welcome every time we arrived or left the hotel. Thank you again to the whole team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. We would gladly come back!
