Had an amazing experience visiting the hotel—so luxurious and spotless ✨ I spent some time at Godiva Café, and everything about the place was incredible. Special thanks to Kiran, who made our experience even better—so kind and welcoming.

Enjoyed every thing,  check in/out. Professional,  friendly staff, clean spacious well decorated and equipped room, beach and swimming 🏊‍♀️ pools amazing, with recovery of recent critical situation they could offer open buffet breakfast,  thanks for this wonderful experience.

We had darmendhar as our cleaner/ room clean service. He was very attentive and kind towards us, always asking if we needed anything extra. He made our experience better than it already was!

Ahmed Mostafa and Dennis saved the whole situation and made our stay a good one. Thanks to them! After we checked in our room we found out that the management closed the main restaurant and instead of having an open buffet it turned out to be a set menu! No one informed us about that during reservation or during check in which pissed me off. I was about to move to another hotel. Yet, Ahmed saved the situation by upgrading my room and giving us a free ticket for my family to Atlantis and Dennis further supported throughout the process. Now I can say we enjoyed our stay
