Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites

At the bodrum restaurant this evening. Our last night at this amazing hotel in the most amazing restaurant. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Would like to mention mohit who is such a fantastic server. The food here is exceptional and can’t say enough about it! Well worth a visit if staying at the hotel

Well this is first time for me in Rixos hotel the experience was amazing specially in the lounge ( patisserie Istanbul) , the team here they are amazing specially leyla she very nice and friendly and helpful

We were staying in Senior Suite, corner room 2205. The room was very spacious and had all necessities. It features 1 bedroom and 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and 4 balconies. We had an amazing sea view. Mr. Padam was more than just a housekeeper, he helped with everything and was very thoughtful, when offering steps for our kid to wash hands. The food was just perfect. The restaurant is very spacious and has several separate stations. The food variety is great, we had plenty of dishes to choose from. There is a separate grill station where we could order selected food and collect within 10 minutes. Plenty of dishes from local cuisine, Turkish, Mediterranean and even Japanese. The location is at the very far end of Palm Jumeira East Crescent which guarantees a secluded area and no cars passing by. We weren’t able to cover all the amenities offered by the hotel because there were just too many! Main pool, family pool with Jacuzzi, Kids slides. Separate kids area with sandbox, kids playroom with 2 attendants and even their own programme! The hotel offers Aquaventure tickets for guest stays. Akram, Malek and Anastasia from guest services were extremely helpful throughout our journey. The hotel also features a very nice Bar working until late hours if you crave for midnight fun! Lobby area is very spacious and never feels crowded. There is a very pleasant piano play going on. Additionally I would like to highlight valet parking services and Mr. Eclas Nkonge is the most upbeat person I have ever met! Whole Rixos team made our stay as comfortable as it ever gets. Highly recommend and definitely will come back!
