I liked everything very much. The service is good, the cleaning is on time. The food is delicious and very varied. The staff is polite and friendly. We were with a friend. We were satisfied. We did not find any drawbacks. Views, interior - beauty!

Lovey hotel ,super clean with great rooms , great food and drink .Staff at reception, guest services all warm and friendly, Bar staff both in hotel and at the pools were superb .Al a carte staff wonderful although sometimes some but not all of the waiting staff in the buffet seemed a little indifferent but not enough to spoil our stay .A big plus to this hotel though are the security staff and the concierge team, who are all super friendly attentive and helpful with a big out shout going out to all the guys on main door whos names i forget except for Jimmy, who was always smiling and always ready to assist , what a credit to this hotel all above mentioned are 10/10

I’m extremely disappointed with how our situation has been handled by Rixos The Palm. Back in early March, due to the ongoing pandemic in Dubai, we were assured that we would receive a full refund. At the time, this felt like a fair and responsible decision from what is supposed to be a reputable, high-end organisation. However, here we are months later, and we are still waiting - currently £1000’s of pounds out of pocket. Despite repeated follow-ups, the only response we continue to receive is that the refund is “in a processing queue.” This has become an unacceptable and frustrating cycle of vague updates with no real progress or accountability. For a brand that prides itself on luxury, service, and customer care, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Holding onto customers’ money for such an extended period, especially during uncertain times, reflects poorly on the organisation’s integrity and commitment to its guests. I would strongly urge Rixos The Palm to take immediate action, provide transparency, and honour the commitment they made. At this point, it’s not just about the refund, it’s about trust, credibility, and doing the right thing.
