Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites

Myself and my mum come to the rixos year on year. When we first arrived our room balcony was not sufficient to our personal liking however Anastasia and Michael guest relations went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect room with an amazing sea view which we are so happy with. The first night we had a meal in the Italian restaurant which was exceptional from the service to the quality of food what can I say only 10/10 guys my best meal yet in Dubai!!! Bar 1 cocktails made by Sandy and his team was delicious as always the boys never fail to disappoint with there attention to detail in every drink they make. The Istanbul patissure was another favourite area of ours, we have to give a special shout to our friend Rupert for always making my mom's Masala tea and she also helped us with choosing the most delightful cakes. Such a friendly lady and remembered us instantly from our other trips. The drinks waiter at the adults pool kelvin a very special guys also he took note of our preferences with drinks and made us some delicious surprise cocktails which were such a fabulous standard. Then lastly the gym staff as always have been excellent, yagmur demir went above and beyond to help me with my fitness which is a big part of my holiday that's very important to me. It's really hard to give all the staff a mention as they are all so fabulous. Myself and my mum stated the rixos is on par and if not better than the Atlantis Royale standard. We were actually unsure as to whether to come this year due to issues in recent times but we are so glad we did. The holiday is not over yet but we will be booking again as soon as we return home. Thank you to the rixos team always always on the button with every detail of one's holiday this has definitely been one to remember.

I will start by saying my wife and I only originally booked 2 days stay here on the end of a week in another hotel in Dubai. We enjoyed it that much that we booked another 4 days. Amazing hotel, staff outstanding, and the food also. Particular mention to Rajan, his care and attention to detail is second to none. It is as though he already knew what you needed and catered for it before asking. He seemed to be everywhere and I understand why, his customer relation skills are exceptional. Similarly Diwan was great in the steakhouse. This hotel seems to have thought of everything to make the guest experience special, and believe me they have succeeded. All in all a fantastic hotel, staff and food, we will be back at the earliest opportunity.

The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth and a desire to assist. The facilities were exceptional, contributing to a truly memorable stay. We were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of our visit. This hotel offers a level of hospitality that is highly commendable. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for its outstanding service.

Rixy kids club was amazing experience for my kids we liked the activities, aqua park, face painting with siham and thank you for saad we will back soon
