Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites

Just thought id leave a review as we are leaving today after 12 days. Despite everything that has happened here in Dubai we cannot fault our stay at the hotel one bit! The service that they have provided has been exceptional. All of the staff have been fantastic. A special thanks to the lifeguards on the beach and the doctor who helped our eldest daughter when she got stung by a jelly fish 🫣😅 they were so quick to help! The food in the buffet restaurants has been some of the best food that we have ever had at an all inclusive buffet and we have been to a fair few hotels! The a la carte restaurants are also very good. There has been so much to do for our 3.5 and 2 year old, they have loved it! The carnival being their favourite! We have felt incredibly safe and looked after even in a time of uncertainty which to me only shows what an amazing hotel this is. We will definitely be back once the dust settles and everything is over. There is a mix of emotions as we leave today but this will certainly be a holiday that we will never forget for both good and bad reasons 🤣.

This was our 3rd time at the RIXOS. Unfortunately we got caught in the Iran war on what was supposed to be our last day which was completely unprecedented circumstances. I feel there was some criticism towards the hotel but we were really mindful this was completely unexpected and appreciate that all staff did their best in the knowledge they had at the time. I think it’s easy to critique but overall we felt the hotel did their best in what was completely something no one had experienced before. We really want to highlight is how the hotel staff were: we want to express how amazing the lifeguards were particularly those watching the kids slides - unfortunately we didn’t get their names but this was a lady with long black hair and another gentleman. Our son is non verbal autistic with learning difficulties, & the lifeguards were just incredible. They took into account his limited understanding of rules and expectations and allowed him to live his best life, as parents this helped us relax without having to continue to explain he doesn’t understand “the rules”. We were so grateful to them, to have such understanding and acceptance was something we very rarely get back here in the UK. We felt our son could just enjoy his time rather than us having to interfere: In addition there was a lovely waiter in the breeze bar pool who always made an effort to chat and always greeted and spoke to our son knowing he was unable to verbally communicate back but made the effort to treat him equally . I can’t tell you how refreshing this is to have such acceptance. We really can’t fault the staff on the ground here. We stayed for an additional 9 days due to the Iran war and airspace closure and saw the hotel at 20% of it’s capacity - we were both so sad to think of the incredible staff who’s jobs could be at risk. The waiters, the room cleaners and the lifeguards are really what make this hotel what it is. We pray that this passes and peace will be restored. We are so grateful to the Rixos staff for keeping us housed during the challenges, the UAE for keeping us safe. We keep you in our thoughts xx

We usually holiday at IKOS when going all inclusive but due to the time of year we settled on the RIXOS. We had a great stay, x2 adults and x2 teenagers. We stayed in a 2 bed family suite, which blew us away the standard and size of the suite was such an upgrade to what you receive for the same price at IKOS. Food wise we enjoyed the restaurant and whilst the buffet did nice food it had a very 3 star feel to the dining area - so if comparing IKOS wins here. The gym and fitness classes were wonderful and yoga was great too. It really was the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. Thanks to all the team. Service was wonderful throughout the hotel and we had Karina and Alina on had to hep us with any questions we had, such as booking a beach cabana, or arraying the tickets to the Waterpark. They were so helpful and professional. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and the mini bar re stocked daily. We loved the location at the end of the palm as it was lovely and quiet. Dubai was amazing and we would consider a rixos again. I tried to book the saadiyaat island whilst there, asking for a repeaters discount code but was told I had to contact them directly, which was a shame. So we have now booked another brand in Abu Dhabi for next year. Thanks Rixos Palm a great holiday!

Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was exceptional from start to finish. This was our third year organizing a corporate event at the hotel for a group of 50 guests traveling from Europe, and each visit has been just as remarkable as the last. The recent unexpected situation created a lot of stress and concern for many of our guests. However, the team handled everything with exceptional professionalism, flexibility, and kindness. They supported us through the changes and ensured that everyone felt well taken care of despite the challenging circumstances. Rixos The Palm is an outstanding venue for corporate events. From the moment you arrive, the hotel offers a luxurious and seamless experience. If you are looking for a place where your guests can enjoy something truly special, this hotel provides the perfect combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent food, and a wide range of activities that can be tailored to your group. The meeting and training facilities are excellent and set in beautiful surroundings, making it easy to combine productive sessions with relaxation and activities. We would especially like to thank Neha and the entire team for their dedication. We look forward to returning again.

During a very tense time while we’ve been stuck at our hotel in Dubai, Janaka has been a real bright spot in our days. Every morning he greets us by the pool with a warm, friendly smile that instantly lifts our spirits. He always takes time to chat and has even gone out of his way to make special drinks for us to try, which has been such a thoughtful touch. His kindness and positive attitude have made a stressful situation much easier for us. Thank you, Janaka, for taking such great care of us! It truly means a lot!
