⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Rixos We had an excellent stay at Rixos! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and perfectly maintained. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable, and you really don’t need to worry about a thing. A big thank you to the entire team, who are incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always attentive to the guests. ❤️ A special mention to Janaka at the bar for his kindness, his smile, and his excellent service. A big thank you to him! ❤️ We truly enjoyed our stay and are leaving with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel and we would be delighted to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our holiday at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully located on the Palm, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. The resort offers a wonderful relaxing atmosphere, a great private beach, and beautiful pools to unwind. The food in the various restaurants is also of absolute top quality. For families, this is a true paradise; the Rixy Kids Club is incredibly good, well-organized, and offers amazing entertainment for the children. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone here does their absolute best to pamper you. We would like to give a special mention to Akram from the minibar service and Hnin from patisserie Istanbul. Akram made sure we lacked nothing every single day with his excellent and attentive service. Hnin made our coffee and pastry moments extra special every day with her friendliness. In addition, a huge compliment goes to Akram and Melek from guest relations. Their professionalism, friendliness, and quick assistance with all our questions were excellent. Lastly, a special thanks to Brenda from restaurant A La Turca for her amazing service and hospitality during our meals. This hotel is highly recommended, and we would love to come back again!

Last year we stayed at the Rixos in Abu Dhabi. But the Rixos The Palm is even a little bit better. The service was outstanding, always asking if you have any wishes. The cleaning of the room was exactly on our time-wish. The restaurants are superb and their menus excellent. You have to book early on your stay otherwise you can't get a table. The poolloungers are taken early but you can get a free one with the friendly help of an attendant. I don't know how it will be in the cooler months. There was almost nobody at the beach, the sea is to hot. I found a nice think of the coolers with waterbottles at every sunshade but they should replaced after a wile as the ice inside melts an the water gets warm. Very good also the complimentary transport to a shopping center and the waterpark.
