Savoy Suites

Due to the recent war events, we were offered a stay at this beautiful hotel/apartments by Emirates, after all the flights were cancelled. We ended up staying for 6 nights (February 28/March 6) and it has been the most pleasant experience for us during this difficult times for the city of Dubai. The apartment was just perfect, super clean and offering everything you can possibly need. The pool, jacuzzi and gym helped us immensely to pass our days while awaiting news for a flight back. The meals, served with generous timings, were very various and savory. The area is perfect, closed to the center, but without the craziness of the touristic neighborhood. The whole stuff was incredibly kind, helpful and supportive for anything we’ve needed during an emergency that had overwhelmed everyone. We just want to THANK dearly EVERY single person that work there, from managing director Ashish Nurani, to the incredible guys at the Reception through to the restaurant and cleaning crew, for turning our days of worries into a very positive experience. The smiles and genuine care of everyone working there are going to stay with us forever! We highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Dubai! With sincerely gratitude, Cristiana and Fabio

I didn’t have a good experience at Savoy Suites!!!Mr Kirti at the Reception was totally not helpful!!!I asked him if he could give me change so I could take a taxi ,he refused!!I asked him to add the amount to my bill and he refused again!!I was helpless so my really requested him but he did not pay any heed!!His behavior appalled me!!

Good and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast / dinner as good and not expensive. Cleaning room every day. Every say new bottle of water. Nice small swimming pool on roof. They do not serve alcohol

Location is perfect, 10-15 min from metro stations, green for Old city and red for Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, etc. Breakfast is amazing, bed is perfect, everything is clean. Studio room was big and cosy. The pool on the roof is just pure joy and happiness. I enjoyed a lot. The pesonnel even gives a rose on Valentine's day! The hotel provides bus to the beach every day, very convenient. Perfect!

Savoy Suites has good services and a good locaties. The food is very good. The room is very bigg and clean. The staff give good information and very frendly. The shuttle bus in the morning to the metro and to the beach is such a good service. Thank you staff Prakash, Mohit, Imran and Menjoy.
