Within the hotel, by far the best part was the Manava restaurant including our server Umesh.

MY FAMILY HAD A WONDERFUL STAY IN SOFITEL AND WAS ABLE TO RELAX DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIMES IN UAE, I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND THE FOLLOWING STAFF SINCE THEY ARE WORTH MENTIONING WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THEY EXTENDED TO US. Guest RELATIONS - DAWN Fnb porterhouse Aldrin and Chef Jeffrey the food was amazing and they really took care of us during dinner! Fnb restaurant Jayson and Kate! Front office Bea - she was very cheerful!! and lastly is Ms. Angelica Santos - reservations team leader, since she had helped us from my inquiry upto the time that we checked out, she made sure that we will be safe in Sofitel which really indeed is true!!

It was alright….didnt like the room lighting and hardly any mirrors in the room..other than that it was alright
