I apologize for the delay in posting this review as I have been quite busy, but I truly didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share our wonderful experience. We stayed at Sofitel The Palm on 20th May to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. Our check-in was made smooth and pleasant thanks to Malsha at the front desk, who ensured everything was quick and seamless. To our delight, we were also upgraded to a suite—what a fantastic surprise! The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and added a special touch to our celebration. We spent some time at the sports bar and also enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. A special thanks to Mr. Lasantha and his F&B team, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated our dining experience. The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful birthday cake sent to our room—it made my wife’s birthday even more special and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Sofitel The Palm team for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. We truly appreciate the effort put into making our stay so memorable, and we look forward to returning again soon.

The service was so good specially in the breakfast restaurant Mr Sahzad was so kind

Our stay at Sofitel the Palm was amazing. All the facilities at super luxurious. Had both dinner and breakfast at the Manava restaurant. The food and service was great particularly Mr Shahzad one of the servers was super courteous and helpful.
