Atlantica Caldera Palace

Myself and my son had a massage together it was his first massage and the whole experience was beautiful for us both I was massaged by sunita and my son by indoshiya both us felt we had a wonderful massage Thankyou

Had a lovely stay with the family. great holiday for when you have 3 kids (kids clubs). Pools were cold ,but that is out of the hotels control. Also visited the spa and had a Cretan massage and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Sunita was an amazing Therapist, one of the best massages I have had for a long time.

My experience was pretty good Great facilities and obviously loved the all inclusive aspect. Highlight of my trip was watching the tui entertainment team seeing how hard they work to make the shows look like a Broadway production was amazing. Especially the 3 girls I had the pleasure of talking to ksusha, Emma and keira outstanding how amazing these people made me feel like home. However, I did experience during the stay, a guest sustained a severe injury—specifically a dislocated knee—and requested an ice pack to manage the swelling and pain. Astonishingly, management informed the guest that no ice packs were available on-site. Failing to provide basic first aid resources for an acute injury is entirely unacceptable and raises significant questions regarding compliance with fundamental health and safety standards. Furthermore, the conduct of the on-site management team was highly unprofessional on another occasion. A representative from the management team actively intervened to prevent a guest from speaking with one of the preforming members (who I later found out was family member), in the communal cabaret lounge area. This unnecessary restriction caused visible discomfort and distress to both individuals. These incidents demonstrate a worrying lack of basic guest care, adequate first aid provisions, and professional hospitality standards.

Literally one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Literally cannot find a fault with one thing here. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough for you. From the second we walked in to check in, we were welcomed by welcome drinks and had our luggage taken to our room. The hotel itself is beautiful, so clean and modern. The food is sensational, love the extra touch of the à la carte restaurants available as part of your stay as often in other hotels this extra. Plenty of activities and entertainment all throughout the day.

Very relaxing ☺️ thank you Dionyfia
