My boyfriend and I had a 70-minute couples massage, and it was absolutely amazing! Every single minute was worth it. 🥰 My therapist, Vasia, made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, and I was able to fully let go and enjoy the entire experience. I can recommend her! We had such a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel in September for 2 weeks.we had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, especially Eloise. She really is a treasure to the hotel! She goes above & beyond! If there was a problem, she would do her best to help you. She really would! The rooms were beautiful. We stayed in a double room with a sea view! Wow what a view we had! The sunset & the mountains was our view!!!!! I also have to say about the guys & girls from pink wave.. they was our entertainment around the pool! They were full of energy, friendly, & just good energy!! I’d like to thank you all !!! Just a few that stick out a bit for me are, Andre, he’s such a sweetie. Baring in mind the entertainment around the pool, are all only 20/25 years old! Martina was so sweet too . Very helpful! Matty, she put us all through a rigorous water aerobics!! She was also good. Ones from her.. lastly I would to give the lead guy, Peter.. absolutely full of energy! Well done guys.. so would I come back, yes!!! Even though it 2 hours away from the airport!!! So just be prepared guys…

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience – Absolutely Not a 5-Star Hotel If you are expecting a true 5-star experience with quality service and proper all-inclusive amenities, look elsewhere. This property operates at a 2 or 3-star level at best. Subpar All-Inclusive & Poor Quality * In-Room Amenities: The mini-fridge was not refilled during the stay, and we were rationed just one bottle of water per day. * Bar Restrictions: The all-inclusive service abruptly ends at 23:00. * Low-Quality Drinks: The drink selection relies on cheap, low-end spirit brands. The beer felt watered-down, overly carbonated, and sitting at an uninspiring 3.7% ABV. The wine was practically undrinkable—tasting heavily diluted with water. Room Flooding & Shocking Management Response The absolute dealbreaker happened on our final night. Heavy rain leaked directly into our room. I woke up to find roughly 2 cm of standing water on the floor, which completely soaked my shoes. When I brought this to the reception desk, the initial response was a total lack of accountability, being told they couldn't do much because "it was raining." When I requested a formal written notice acknowledging the incident and the damage, I was met with 40 minutes of argument. The manager went so far as to visit the room and claim there was no water present. I had to physically walk him back inside to prove the flooding before he finally agreed to issue the note. No compensation was offered, no responsibility was taken for damaged personal items, and my valid complaint was openly gaslit by management. Denying a clear issue rather than fixing it is the exact opposite of 5-star service. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you value quality, good service, and basic professional standards.
