I’d like to share my experience with the SPA of the hotel and emphasize their huge impact on guests’ wellbeing. I had a full body treatment with hammam and scrub included. The facilities of spa offer a jacuzzi as well. Overall ambience is relaxing, everything super clean and the staff deserves a special mention - a huge thank you to Olga, Georgia and Emmanuel’s for being so attentive and professional. Looking forward to coming back!

Located 20/30 minute walk to the old town along the sea front or €7 taxi. Nice relaxed atmosphere with excellent service and lovely staff.

Food, cleanliness absolutely superb, but we arrived late Friday having booked a Superior double with sea view. We were told we had requested a quiet room.. Not True !!! and when questioned were told ‘our agent requested it !!! We had no agent , it was all done online by ourselves. We had no sleep as we were so disappointed and upset… Queried it next day to be told we could have a different room. We eventually got the room we had booked and paid for from photos on the hotel website but made to feel that we were being a nuisance Yiannis was very condescending and said it was a room for 4 people implying that it wasn't the room we booked and said the side room we were given was a superior one ! Certainly not according to the website. This really soured the holiday for us which was a shame as the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help.

What a great experience! Excellent location, spacious clean room , friendly, helpful and polite staff. Food was absolutely out of this world! Variety, design and every single day something new! Great spa with good deals and packages. Olga explained all deals and offered great package that was amazingly executed by Emmanuela a Georgina. I'd highly recommend to all my friends and would love to come back ! Private well maintained beach, 2 pools . Absolutely NOTHING missing! Love love love it!

Atlantis Beach Hotel - Informații

Hotelul Atlantis Beach se remarcă prin locația sa excelentă, pe promenada de la malul mării, la aproximativ 20 de metri de plaja lungă de 12 km. Pasionații de vizitare a obiectivelor turistice pot explora orașul Rethymnon, situat la circa 1,5 km, renumit pentru arhitectura sa renascentistă impresionantă, centrul vechi și portul pitoresc.
