The rooms are absolutely terrible — full of mold, dirty, with cracked walls and, in some places, even crumbling plaster. We had to change rooms three times because of the dirt and mold, which was even present inside the bathtub. Although the hotel states that towels and bed linen are changed regularly, this did not happen during our stay. We had to go to reception twice to ask for fresh towels, and even those had stains on them. Each time, we were told that someone would bring them “in a few minutes”, but it took an hour and a half for someone to actually come. The hotel claims that cleaning is carried out six times a week, but the “cleaning” consists only of a very superficial sweeping and mopping with a mop rinsed in a bucket of dirty water. The bags containing fresh bed linen are kept on the ground in the hotel’s inner courtyard. The fresh bed linen and towels that are supposed to be changed after guests check out are also left on the floor, uncovered and not even placed in a bag, in front of the rooms until the guests leave. There are ants all over the bathrooms, as well as dirt in the bathtubs and sinks. When we complained about these issues, the receptionist simply tried to minimize everything and claimed that it was not true. When we told him that we had photos proving what we were saying, he started taking us to different rooms so that we could choose a room that was “less dirty”. We also tried eating at the hotel restaurant, but the food is practically the same every day. The cutlery and plates are dirty, and you have to carefully inspect them to find ones that have actually been properly washed. The photos displayed by the hotel are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. There are cobwebs and spiders everywhere in the rooms, as well as ants and flies. The entire hotel feels more like a factory or a huge warehouse than a proper hotel. Cleanliness clearly does not seem to be a priority, and there is a complete lack of concern for the guests’ health and comfort. The Wi-Fi does not work at all throughout the hotel, and the mobile phone signal is also very poor. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking this hotel.

Bali is a beautiful place but hotel food standard not catering for the English the rooms are standard got room change as there was 143 steps to the room and have a bad leg staff changed this for us with no issues. Staff are friendly and cleaner was brilliant loved Bali this is a quiet chilled place not for family's

Hotel better in pics than real life. Room ok ish but bathroom is bad, shower curtain mouldy, toilet leaking over floor, drain cover coming away. Food bearable but dinning room are dirty so only ate there once. Top pool bar closes at lunch times no drinks at hottest time of day for two hrs. Pool needs a good clean. Leave tomorrow but won’t come back to hotel but yes to Bali.

It was actually one of my best holidays. Was lucky enough to probably get the best room facing the sea with huge outside terrace after weve only paid for side sea view. Nikos and Argi at the bar absolute legends! Already miss them Kostas and the rest of kitchen staff (specialy the girls) went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. My friend had broken her ankle day 3 of our holidays and the hotel went above and beyond to help us out. Its generally more of a calm family hotel and a cool place to chill and forget the world. Will deffinitaly be coming back ☺️
