Bella Beach

Everything is excellent: the food is, as always, outstanding, and the rooms are cleaned very well. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The pool is clean, all the bars operate according to schedule, and everything else is great. The only downside is the entertainment programme. It was one of the main reasons we decided to return to this hotel for the second year in a row. However, this year, the entertainment has been absolutely disappointing. There are a few entertainers walking around, but they have minimal interaction with the children and barely engage with adults in the evenings. They walk around with such expressions on their faces, as if they are afraid someone might ask them to do anything extra. Last year, the entertainment was so good that every evening after dinner, we would rush to get dressed up and head to the shows. Every evening was something to look forward to!

Bella Beach is perfectly situated right next to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel has such a friendly atmosphere, and the staff are very helpful with excellent local knowledge of the island. Rooms are to a high standard and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. There’s a great choice of food across all meals, with 3 restaurants to pick from. I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay next year!

Its amazing hotel, very hospitality super good food. Special nice territory with children. Big thank for guest relation manger Natalie

We had an amazing experience, And the one of the waiters (Dimitri) of the main bar always gave us an exceptional service, always trying to please our requests.

This was my first time here in Crete. I loved the island. This hotel is very welcoming, the people are very friendly, lovely and kind. I loved the approachability, friendliness and open smile of Valia, our receptionist. Also Vasso, who works in the rooms, is very friendly and kind. Lovely people, always smiling and ready to help. We had the chance to do a massage in the Spa and I couldn't recommend it more! Stefan and lovely Amelia welcomed us with such a professionalism and friendliness. Amelia is one of the best massage therapist I've ever known. I strongly recommend this hotel to my everyone. Filomena and family
