Bio Suites Hotel

Absolutely wonderful experience in the spa, felt so welcome from start to finish. First I filled the information form, where I could select what my goal and preferences were, then the massage itself and lastly I filled a feedback form. I am staying at Bio Beach hotel and the manager came to my hotel to finalise my appointment, which was greatly appreciated! I had aroma relax massage and facial done expertly by Sandy, who made sure I was very comfortable throughout. What a nice touch. She found all the tender spots easily and eased them up. All I had to do was relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. Facial included massage to lift and improve circulation. Loved also the head massage as I didn’t know that was included. Props from using herb infused almond oil and quality products that suited my skin. Thank you!!

Wow what can I say. This place is amazing, not just the hotel but the unbelievable staff. We spent hours searching on line and visited Rethymno 3 times searching for the perfect hotel for our wedding guests, we narrowed it down to a handful and then, after meeting the reservation teams at each hotel, we decided the final recommendation would be the Bio Suites (we ended up having 39 of our guests stay here). The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk into the old town, it’s clean, the pool, food and rooms are all great. But the staff, these guys all go well above and beyond. Titsa, Litsa, Pavlos and the rest of the team, it’s like they are welcoming you into their home. Wow just wow, thank you all from the bottom of our hearts! You made our wedding week unbelievable. What an exceptional hotel

A nice 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean, a nice size with 2 x beds & baths, very near the beach and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast is truly awful. We stayed b& b for 5 nights, tried it on the first morning and it's just terrible. The orange juice is the cheap cartons, why when there's fresh oranges growing everywhere?!! The pool is tiny and over looked by all suites, we didn't bother going in, it was too crowded. We went to the beach instead which is glorious. The waves are so much fun. Staff here are very good too. The bar was nice and convenient and the bar man was good fun & chatty. We had massages in the spa which were very enjoyable and good value. Lots of books to borrow in the lobby but all German & Dutch. Overall, a nice enough base. Very basic but id definitely eat elsewhere.

We had the best time and experience at the Bio Suites hotel, the service and the room was exceptional. The location was perfect, near to the beach and few minutes walk to the Rethymnon old town market. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bio Suites Hotel. Everything was truly 5-star quality, from the food and rooms to the outstanding service provided by every member of staff. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, while the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety. A special mention must go to the spa facilities, which were exceptional and added so much to our overall experience. Dinah provided outstanding service and made us feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a full-body deep tissue massage with Kosta and Effie, and it was one of the best spa treatments we’ve ever had. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were incredible, leaving us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you to the entire team at Bio Suites Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
