Blue Marine Resort & Spa

Malina is the best, very relaxing massage

A very good experience and massage by Amalia :)

Went to the Spa, as I was staying next door at a private rental. Had a wonderful deep tissue massage from Málina, she was fantastic, covered every area I wanted. The facility was very clean and hospitable. My wife had the full treatment with mud and scrubs, thermal pool, and deep tissue massage. She gave it a 10/10.

Dear Hotel Team, We had a pleasant stay at your hotel and overall enjoyed our holiday. However, we would like to share some feedback regarding a few points that, in our opinion, could be improved. Although the hotel is presented as a 5-star property, we personally feel that certain aspects are more in line with what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. In particular, the cleanliness of the rooms and the changing of the bed linen could be improved. We also noticed that some of the towels were old, frayed, and had stains that could no longer be removed. Towels in this condition should, in our opinion, be replaced rather than being provided to guests in a 5-star hotel. The food in the buffet restaurant was tasty, but unfortunately it was often not really warm enough. That being said, we would especially like to express our sincere thanks to the wonderful beach team — Ana, Dimitrios and Ronaldo. They were absolutely fantastic, always friendly, attentive and helpful. They truly made our days at the beach more enjoyable. The same goes for Savva at the main bar. He is a wonderful person and a real asset to the hotel. His friendliness and great service made a lasting impression on us. And a very special, warm and heartfelt thank you goes to Vicky. Her massage was simply beyond words. She was incredibly skilled and caring, and I honestly wish I could have taken her home with me! 😊❤️ We also enjoyed the Greek and Italian restaurants very much. The food was delicious, and once again, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay and for all the wonderful people who made our holiday special. We hope that our feedback will be taken constructively, as we believe that addressing these points could help bring the overall experience more in line with the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.
