Caldera Creta Paradise

Beautiful place, lovely surroundings, with a nice peaceful feel. Food was good, lots of choices, and themed every night. Sleep was great with no noise. Room and beds lovely. We had the room with a private pool at the front of the hotel and it was PERFECT. There is a happy train right outside the hotel with different options and times of places to go. We chose the war museum up in the hills, it was very good, and situated inside of hidden caves in the hillside. We took a bus to Chania and did a horse and carriage ride around the harbour (25 euros for 20 mins ) If you turn left outside the hotel and walk to the top of the road the bus stop is across the road and it comes every 15 mins. There is also a spar at the top of this road, and a few shops right facing the hotel. If you dont fancy the bus then there are taxis right outside the hotel. The cost to Chania was £25 euros in the taxi. Facing the front of the hotel is a road, up this road is the waterslide park, no cost to the guest of this hotel. We went here everyday. There is a little mobile bar where you can also get most drinks free of charge if you are All inclusive. Free pool towels, changed every 2 days at the spa. Entertainment good. Snack bar 'okay' Drinks good. Beach is nice but very rocky. Staff lovely We would definitely come again.

We had a really nice stay at Caldera Creta Paradise and overall we really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. The animators were great and always friendly. They had different activities during the day and were good at getting people involved, but they were never too pushy, which we really appreciated. The evening programs were also nice, especially the comedy show on Thursday. That was definitely the one that made us laugh the most and probably our favourite evening. We also spent quite a lot of time at the snack bar. Ismail was always funny and in a good mood, so it was always fun when he was there. He definitely made the snack bar experience more enjoyable. The food in the main restaurant was good, with quite a lot of choice, so everyone could find something they liked. There were different dishes every day and we especially enjoyed the Greek food. Breakfast also had a good selection. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel. The friendly staff, good food, entertainment and relaxed atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Caldera Creta Paradise and would happily come back again.

We had such a great experience thanks to Zhivko! He is an incredibly friendly, kind and attentive bartender. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. The drinks were great, and his positive attitude made our evenings even more enjoyable. Zhivko is a real professional and a wonderful person. Thank you for everything! We will definitely remember you!
