Very disappointed, definitely nowhere near a five star. Probably a three if I'm being generous. Food has been very poor quality. Spa area and pool cold. If I ever came back to Sissi. I would not stay half board. As many restaurants and tavernas offer much better food. The only plus side is some staff are very nice(Alexandra, Milton and the waitresses) the restaurant managerisnt the best ,If things don't improve soon the hotel will be empty. We are still here and experiencing cold lukewarm food.poor cooking. And nothing seems to change. Hope your new management can turn things around. Rooms clean and spacious. Some entertainment good.

Both my husband and I had a wonderful experience at Azoria Mediterranean Spa—honestly, the best massages we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the whole team, and especially Konstantina, welcomed us so warmly. She was genuinely kind, took the time to explain our options, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The entire staff was professional and friendly, and the whole spa had a clean, peaceful atmosphere that put us at ease right away. My facial left my skin glowing and deeply refreshed, and the "Wine Therapy" treatment was a truly unique and unforgettable highlight. We both left feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. We highly recommend Azoria Spa to anyone looking for genuine relaxation and high-quality care. A big thank you to the whole team—we will definitely be back!

The hotel is nowhere near a 5 star. Sewer smell throughout the spa end of the hotel reaching rooms and stinking them out. The rooms are clean but not well kept with the inside of showers grimy and in need of a make over. The maids do a good job but one day someone incapable of even making a bed did the room. Don't book a room with a private pool, we didnt have one but could see that they were green and in need of a good scrub and if they're as cold as the main pool you wont be able to use it! The pool area is blasted with loud music throughout the full day and sun beds are old squeaky with broken legs and placed on wet muddy grass. Bring wellies to walk to your sun bed! One bed had a broken leg that someone fell off and reported it, the next 2 days it was still in use, still with a broken leg. Food for breakfast is cold, even what you order which you would expect to be cooked fresh! There is little organisation amongst the staff, who look like they hate working there and cant manage a smile. No 5 star service to be seen. Most mornings they ran out of glasses and juice and you had to ask for things to be replenished. The spa pool is cold and the woman at the spa reception desk is hostile if you dont buy what she suggests. Wouldn't recommend. If youre looking for 5 star, look else where. Avoid.

It marked as a 5 star hotel, but how this was achieved is very suspect. The food was not of high quality, nor the decoration or the facilities. On arrival we were charged an unexpected fee of £100 ‘environmental tax’, & then, on arrival at the spar we were told, & with no prior warning, there would be a charge of 50 Euro per person for half an hour in the sauna and steam room … or you could swim in a freezing cold pool for free. This lovely experience would have to be booked, as would a go in the hotel gym, consisting of 3 or 4 pieces of rusting gym equipment in a room equivalent in size to that of a child’s bedroom. Most of the staff were friendly enough & the female receptionist very helpful, but if you are expecting a 5 star hotel experience, you are likely to be disappointed … Also, not much going on in Sissi & looks quite run down. We found Agios Nicholas to be much nicer & with more to see & do.

Hi 5th visit to this place and in my experience it has gone downhill a bit. After 6 years they still haven’t sorted out the smell of sewage by the far side of the pool. Most of the people who waiter at breakfast don’t listen to you 4 times my Order was incorrect. Asked one evening for a pint glass with some ice in it but the larger of the girls there wasn’t going to give me one and was rude. The biggest bug bear though is the hiring of a car through them yes I was at fault for the damages and paid for them as requested but the day before that the manager tried to bend the law and lied to the police about the incident so as we could claim of the insurance company. One note though is a big shout out to Alexandra on the desk very polite and helpful.
