Castello Boutique Suites by the Sea

I stay at Castello suites for a week with my husband. Everything was perfect. The room is brand new, services and people working in the hotel are absolutely fantastic, always available and very kind. The food at Origins restaurant was high quality. I recomend this hotel in Crete and I also hotel to be back here one day!

We have spent 15 wonderful days in this hotel. The location convienced us from all points of view. Very nice atmosphere, professional services provided by the whole team. We can recommend it for relaxed holidays. The room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the private pool very much. Everything was clean. We were very happy what we got for the price we've paid. We appreciated the kindness of the people. We will come back again!

Everything was perfect and sweet

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel from July 13 to July 21, 2026, in an Ivory Gold Suite, and we had a truly fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. We were on a half-board basis, and the food in the restaurant exceeded all expectations — in fact, it was the best hotel food we have ever experienced — and the service was fantastic as well. The hotel is brand new, and great attention has been paid to every detail. It is situated right by the water in the small town of Sissi, and there is a small sandy swimming cove just a 10-minute walk away. There are many great excursion options, and the hotel staff were very helpful in this regard, too. We will definitely be back!
