Great location near the coast and road access too. To be honest I was expecrting better infrastructures. The "gym" is a 6 by 3 room with rather domestic equipment. The room was ok but the mattresses were too soft. The room cleaning staff didn't respect the all mighty and sacrate rule of not disturbing a room with the sign "do not disturb". They were knocking at the door instingly untill we had to open and explain ... The room cleaning was bad, stains were left to clean for days and under the beds you could probably grow some vegetables due the dirt acumulated (took pictures). As for the entertainment, besides drinking some cocktails by the pool the hotel had some evening activities but, to be honest, nothing was outstanding... The food was good. Not a critic but most of the guest were German and a so were most of the tv channels... Now the staff was overall very friendly. Special note for ms Tonia, from the reception. Very friendly and always available. Despiste some of this things I've mentioned, we enjoyed the vacations.

Been there with a small kid. Everything was nice and very clean. Yes, food can be more diverse, but it is buffet... you can make changes by yourself, no need to eat all food in same time :) Beach is good, nothing special but they keep it clean. Beach bar is a life saver

Hotel is nice and very well organized. From the first moment on the reception desk we encountered friendly and proffesional staff. Everything is very clean. Towels in the room were changed every day. In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety. We would come back again. Recomendations!

Very clean, adherence to Covid precautions throughout hotel. Restaurant a tad canteenish which is fine for breakfast but no ambience during evening service. Booked HB but enough places to eat locally, so have eaten out most nights. Had a massage at hotel spa by Angelika would rate this 5 stars. Just the right pressure, fantastic! There are three things which are absolutely important speaking about this hotel: location, cleanliness and amazing Despoina at the beach bar. All the best for this woman, who makes people feel welcome, happy and enjoying staying at the beach. Location of this hotel is really, really good - considering the map of Crete and beautiful, long, wide sandy beach. No problems with sunbeds after breakfast. What I really liked was calm, quiet atmosphere there. Fantastic, almost hot water and lifeguard making good job. Everyday before lunch I had my apartment cleaned. Very kind and nice cleaning staff and nothing bad to say about it. Apartment with sea view - absolutely worth the price. New furnitures, quite spacious and the view - beautiful:) I recommend staying here mostly because of the things I said. Once again - Despoina THE BEST :))
