Elounda Palm

Was excellent Staff lovely, great atmosphere. Rooms, showers fabulous, junior suite with pool - gorgeous , beds comfy. Very clean. Town is not close by but for views, pool, relaxation- just perfect. Restaurant excellent food reasonably priced for lunch, great wines, the bar and the buffet (for breakfast /dinner also great.

Absolutely delightful family run hotel. Immaculately kept and very stylish. The pool/bar area is a delight, spacious, very comfortable sun loungers and sofa area, delicious cocktails & the food if you want to eat at lunchtime is plentiful & incredibly tasty. The hotel gardens are very pretty too. The staff are all excellent. Friendly & nothing is too much trouble. We were upgraded to a pool suite as it was a ‘big’ birthday celebration which was a lovely touch. The area is excellent. Lovely views of Spinalonga. Walking distance to Elounda, and a short taxi ride to the beautiful Plaka. There’s a lot of very nice hotels in this area competing for tourists business. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elounda Palm if you prefer a smaller boutique hotel with a stylish luxury vibe. We were here at the end of the season so it was not full but still busy enough to have a lovely atmosphere. It’s not adults only, which we would usually choose, but out of season there were only a couple of cute babies around so it still felt very grown up. All in all a beautiful, welcoming, stylish and friendly stay in a gorgeous part of the world.

I visited this lovely hotel with a group from Books in Places. We were there to discuss Victoria Hislops The Island, Spinalonga. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I arrived in the dark and when I opened the curtains next day I couldn’t believe the magnificent view I had of Elounda and Spinalonga from a very large balcony. When I had a problem -entirely of my own making, leaving something at Heraklion airport-the reception staff were amazing in coming up with a solution. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. All the staff were so friendly and helpful with a big shout out to the bar staff and the cleaners who kept the hotel immaculate. I could have stayed all day eating the delicious breakfasts but decided I must enjoy the pool and the local area as well.

Superb hotel with the friendliest staff and setting. My room, suite was utterly superb and spotlessly clean. I will return.

Stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a week 22nd June onwards ….. it is a little oasis on Crete , absolutely fabulous , lovely genuine staff , super clean , comfortable & stylish , great food … can’t praise it enough , I tend to choose smaller family run hotels & this one exceeded my expectations….. Maybe 20 min walk to Elounda Village which is lovely , great restaurants, bars & independent shops . My third time on Crete , a different place each time .., my favourite so far , would love to return at some time 🥰
