Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! All of the staff go above and beyond to please their hotel residents. My son has a nut allergy and the head server and chef went through all the food that were safe for him to eat. They then went out of their way to ensure their was lots of variety of foods for him to choose from each always checking in with us each evening to ensure he was ok. One particular evening, his favourite dessert was not on display and the chef asked if everything was alright, when I joked there was no jelly, he appeared with a few jellies for him. Outstanding customer service! Waiters and cleaners were also extremely attentive, the waiters joked with our daughter calling her 'Max' as she looked liked Max from Stranger Things and the cleaners always left our rooms spotless, leaving sweets on the pillow or displaying our pjs on the bed. All of these little extras did not go unnoticed and we appreciated it all. Thank you for all working so hard as a team after the sandstorm, you all seemed to be there from morning until night cleaning the sand off the sun loungers and making everyone's stay the best it could be and it certainly paid off. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one, we had a fantastic time and a lot of that was down to your hotel and your amazing staff!

We visited this hotel in September 2nd 2025 . Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting on the beach. We found the staff especially in the restaurant rude and not very friendly. The barman in the upstairs bar was lovely and friendly. There was not enough sunbeds to cater for such a large hotel. The rooms were spotless and the maids did a brilliant job. The lift was very small and slow and was quicker to walk down the stairs which were dangerous slippery. Pool was very cold too. Overall a lovely hotel just spoilt with the unfriendliness of the restaurant staff .

Location In prime location of shops, bars and restaurants. Beach opposite hotel but you have to pay for sun beds. Not much room to just lie on the sand as beds crammed together. Pool area Lovely comfy sunbeds however you need to reserve early to get a spot by the pool. At times it is quite a shady area with the trees and the building itself. Pool area is clean and tidy. Restaurant Plenty of choice of food. Cannot fault the quality of food and how it is cooked. Food is five stars! Staff Are friendly and work hard in the restaurant. Cleaners do a great great job. Change towels everyday, mop the floor and empty bins. Room Air conditioning perfect. Room to hang clothes and ample space in the bathroom to keep toiletries. Gym Facilities are available in hotel next door. Good range of free weights. Cardio equipment is available to use eg bike and treadmill. Gym also has air conditioning Hotel is modern, clean and is a perfect spot to recover for the next day.

The hotel is centrally located near shops and beach. Good breakfast, ok lunch, messy dinner, recommend to have breakfast only. Good service except for the guy who works on the beach and rents out sunbeds and umbrellas, arrogant and rude. recommend to choose the nearby beaches.
