We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't be happier with our experience! The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and the food was excellent, with great quality and variety. We absolutely loved our room! It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. We especially enjoyed the lovely view, the beautiful pools, and the convenient access to the hotel's facilities. The staff were absolutely outstanding! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, generous, and helpful. The level of service and hospitality was truly exceptional. Another thing we loved was the peaceful atmosphere. The other guests were lovely, quiet, and respectful, making the entire experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was fantastic! The hotel offers exceptional value for money, and the experience was worth every penny. This is definitely a hotel we'll be coming back to! A huge thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay.

We have just returned from a fantastic week at Grecotel LUXME White in Crete and cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning! We arrived towards the end of a week long storm, but the team worked incredibly hard to restore the hotel to its beautiful best. Their dedication, from housekeeping and maintenance to management, was impressive. Our swim-up room veranda was shaded all day, so after completing the hotel’s feedback form, we received an immediate response. A lovely receptionist listened carefully, and the team arranged an alternative room with access to a shared pool in a quieter area. It suited us perfectly and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Service throughout the hotel was excellent, with friendly, attentive staff and passionate management. The Sunset Bar staff were engaging, friendly and fun and housekeeping worked really hard to keep everything sparkling, fresh and comfortable. A special mention for Rosa who greeted us daily with warm smile and enthusiasm! The food was outstanding, especially at the White Restaurant, where a sunset dinner was a highlight. All the restaurants offered excellent food and service, while the main buffet was among the best we have experienced at an all-inclusive resort. There was a friendly, welcoming team every time we entered the buffet restaurant. We also loved starting each morning at 8 a.m. with outdoor yoga and Pilates while listening to the ocean, and the evening entertainment was excellent. The hotel, food and facilities are wonderful, but it is the people who truly made our holiday so special. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warmth, hard work and genuine care. We wholeheartedly recommend Grecotel LUXME White and look forward to returning! ❤️

Perfect vacation. Hotel is amazing. Staff is very professional and friendly!!!

Paid £5000 for a week all inclusive on arrival the hotel looked clean tidy well presented Got to our room which we thought was nowhere near 5* star standard furniture old fashioned bed awful tv not even smart tv, bathroom basic looking. And not much storage space The pool areas and bar/ restaurant areas very well maintained clean tidy spot on great drinks great icecream parlour but food in the buffet restaurant and al le carte fell short in our experience choice of set menu at al le carte which wasn’t great food served warm at best. Buffet restaurant for breakfast was good but lunchtime and evening was bland and warm at best again a bit of a mish mash of food choices. Couldn’t get into the lobster restaurant as fully booked then closed for the Season during our break not great choice had to wait for food to be cooked as busy so the tureen’s were empty half the time deserts were limited Don’t bother with the farm experience food was awful meat dry and fatty cats roaming around everywhere the little mezza plates god know what was on them but not enjoyable Best part of the holiday was by the pool fantastic pool area sunbeds super comfy staff lovely food snacks we enjoyed more there than anywhere Only thing had to wait to be served for drinks couldn’t go up to the pool bar an order so sometimes waiting 10/15 minutes for a drink don’t understand that concept I know we’ve been spoilt staying in Dubai over the years but for the money much better quality service standard of rooms that this place It was £3500 at best so felt very disappointed for the money

Great All Inclusive Hotel, great food and great drinks - but more importantly was the wonderful team that make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive right through to getting into the taxi home. Special mention to Nicoli who checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome, made sure we were refreshed before showing us to our room. But the whole team were great and friendly and service was brilliant throughout - from the poolside table service to the bar, restaurant and front of house staff. I’d recommend booking the à la carte restaurants early as they get booked up fast - especially if you are going as a group and want more than one room to eat together (email before you arrive) but the buffet is also a great option with pretty decent quality food…I may have doubled my body weight in 5 days but I enjoyed doing it!
