We came to the Grecotel in Rethymo the second year in a row and loved every single day. The hospitality team, for example Eleni was amazing. It's a family atmosphere and you fill welcomed from the start.Food and drinks can be chosen from a huge variety and are high quality. Activities are offered for the whole family the whole day long. But also the location is great to explore Crete on your own

The staff are what make this place. Calling out Manos in particular, who was really attentive and helpful when my son managed to cut his head open. Also Anastacia in the dining room was brilliant and looked after us really well. She also managed to find us a candle to celebrate my daughters birthday. Thanks team!
