Hersonissos Palace

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is varied, delicious, and high-quality. The hotel has a great location, right next to the sea.

This is not a 4\5star hotel bottom end of 3 very tired looking .the room was clean and basic not much of a view from balcony as very built up area .close to beach and shops restaurant etc .there are the pool3 pools the main pool had big cushion beds though most still had towels on them ,the 2nd was up some stairs was quieter but the beds were typical sun beds some were damaged not very clean ,the smell and site of cat poo is very off putting .the 3 rd pool was indoors with a sauna and a toilet with a shower cubical with shower head hanging of the tap .This is also were u would go to change if u had a late flight no hairdryer so be aware .the restaurant food was lovely even for a fuss pot like me .the pool bar is small not enough seating if everyone stayed there .the main toilets were in need of tlc the doors to the cubical looked like someone had punched it then was filled in and painted this is advertised as a 4 star hotel !the luggage room only had lockers each cost €2 non refundable only can fit 1 large suitcase in .There is a dress code for the restaurant but ignored by most .j2 need to rethink there rating system this is not a 4 star hotel even for the convenience of were it is .

The most amazing experience, such a beautiful hotel, Amazing staff and a great atmosphere with good entertainment. The staff was honestly the best part, kind and very respectful and catered to our every need. We was at the know bar and it was quite windy and we was playing cards and a staff member called “Mike” hurriedly shut all of the doors just so our cards wouldn’t fly away and was so kind to us. The room was beautiful and clean, the pool was refreshing and big. The food was 5/5 so definitely a good value for money and a great location with the beach only being 2 minutes down the road. We would definitely come again!

Location 5 star, food 4 star, free WiFi in the hotel, free air con, rooms spacious, communal areas could do with tlc.
