Hersonissos Palace

Everything is perfect. Hotel is kept clean, service is very friendly. Good place for family trip.

Hotel from the beginning suprised me excellent approach to the guests, the food is delicious; every day there's something new on the counter. The hotel is kept clean an has an excellent atmosphere.

Unfortunately we left this hotel feeling very disappointed and upset! My 15 year old had her Bambi teddy go missing out of the room on our second day of being there she has had this since she was a young child and took it on every holiday with her it meant everything to her! She never took it out the room she just kept it on her bed ! We asked the cleaners and they said they didn’t see it I also spoke to the manager who spoke to the people who do the laundry but apparently they didn’t come across it either we stayed here from 16th - 23rd Oct and left yesterday feeling gutted we never found it ! 😢😢

Honestly I cannot fault this hotel, every staff has been fantastic in every special way. Dimitris the FnB Manager stood out. Overall I had a good time at the hotel.

Brilliant location close to amenities and a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the busy centre. they have a good variety of food and staff are very attentive to your needs including the manager who is very hands on and present
