We loved the hotel. Spent 7 nights here in June 26 in a one bedroom apartment with the additional breakfast added in. Apartment was great. Clean and a good size. We looked onto the pool from the front and side of hotel/street from the little balcony. Staff friendly and the cleaners did a great job. We had shade on the little balcony all the time which was actually a relief as it was so very hot. We enjoyed cooling off here. There is air-conditioning in the room but we didn't need to use it. We could watch the small village come to life and then quiet down again late at night from the balcony. Breakfast was really good. It suited us well. Great coffee machine. Cereal, several breads, pastries, cold meats, olives, Greek yoghurt,honey and fresh juices on offer every day. Usually 2 cooked items - eggs or Greek sausages for instance. We felt it was good value. The hotel is in a great spot in the village. Right in the heart. It is a little village though. Again, this really suited us. Within 5 minutes you can get fantastic iced coffees, several supermarkets are right there on your doorstep and plenty of great places for lunch and dinner. The hotel is right next to a leather shop and the lady who runs it is super friendly (Christina) I now regret not buying that fantastic navy leather bag I saw 😫 I did buy a purse and my partner bought a navy belt, which he loves. Really lovely quality and hand made in Crete. Do pop in for a look. Panormo has some very friendly cats too, which I loved meeting. They are neutered and cared for. Several feeding stations are set up in the village with dry food. A few of my favourite cats are in the pictures We loved Panormo and are going to book again for 2027. It's 10 out of 10 for us.

We had an amazing stay at Iliana Hotel and would definitely come back! The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet it's only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops in Panormos. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was well maintained, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool was always clean and never overcrowded, making it a great place to relax. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of tasty food every morning. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions we had. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly hotel with a great location and excellent value for money, Iliana Hotel is a fantastic choice. We highly recommend it and hope to return one day.

So quite peaceful and clean. Located in the serene, truly Greek Panormos. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean with an amazing balcony! The pool is perfect for the hotel and the water is lovely and warm. It’s literally 3 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to a taverna and 1 minute to the best coffee in Crete, Posto. All meals locally were amazing. The hotel itself is in the best possible location you could ask for. We hired a car but only drove it once for one trip and to and from the airport with a few stops on the way. This is because the hotel and Panormos itself is so relaxing and charming that we just wanted to relax and enjoy it and the beach! Absolute pure decompression from our usual manic business running and adult children managing lives! Thank you hotel Iliana, we will be back!

The hotel is lovely a little old but so clean and comfortable, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole village is delightful super friendly

More than happy with our stay here. Could not find a thing wrong. Everything we were hoping for. Lovely room with a balcony. A lovely relaxing week in a very chilled Village with everything close by. Beach was great with a really nice taverna. Sun beds and parasol only €10 for the day. Would not hesitate to return.
