Istron Bay

The room is older than I am, and the walls still feature the wonderfully authentic calcium plaster finish — a nostalgic touch from an era when this was considered modern interior design. The furniture and parquet have clearly enjoyed a long and eventful career, while the air conditioner has reached that distinguished shade of yellow that only comes with decades of loyal service. I do appreciate the commitment to preserving history. Calling it a 5-star experience, however, requires a rather impressive imagination.

It is a quiet and relaxing place. Definitely great place to recharge. I really enjoyed activities organized by the animation team, Karina, Kevin and Millie. They gave me energy to kick off my day.

Amazing Hotel. Very kind staff. But the drinks are a bit expensive but the Buffet was awesome. There sadly is some trash in the sea but thats not the hotels fault so its fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Istron Bay Hotel and can highly recommend it! Everything was beautiful, but the absolute highlight is the beach – a stunning bay with crystal-clear water and an amazing view. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you to Mr. Stavros, who was especially kind and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious, the rooms were very clean, and waking up to the beautiful sea view was simply perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy Crete. highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Istron Bay Hotel, I treated my self to a visit to the beachfront spa. What can I say, the setting is absolutely beautiful. Being able to relax while listening to the waves created such a peaceful atmosphere. I chose holistic treatment, and it was exactly what we needed to relax. A big thank you to Maria and Manos! Their kindness, pampering, and genuine care made the whole experience feel very special. If you're staying at Istron Bay Hotel, I can't recommend the spa enough. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved self-care by the sea with people who know what they're doing. Great value for money!
