Nana Golden Beach

Hi all just returned yesterday from what should have been a wonderful break,to a small nightmare,of which none was the fault of nana,we where just very unlucky,first 2 days overcaste no sunshine,3rd day in hospital with a strange bug that really wiped me out,but at least while i was safe inside the sun was out outside,hospital was great really went totown with every test known to man,oh happy day when the bill comes.But back to Nana our room was really good,as requested,sea view,low down,nicely decorated only gripe is as it states satalite tv if 2 news channels in english qualify my other little gripe is we were given a map of the complex witch you deffinately need,but it failed to show where the toilets are,as i found out to my embarrassment when i was forced to take a leak infront of 2 bewillderd ladies,a moment i will never forget. On the plus plus side,the food is really good and varied if you cant find somrthing to your taste,its you not them drinks flowed like water.out of the alacarte resturants we tried 4 all of which were amazing,we loved the Japaneses food atmosphere just right,the nightly entertainment was really good professional acts not reps doing theireevening jobs.another small bug is the kareoke bar was like an extention off the kids club with young unaccomponied 10-14 year olds running around ,and when the crowd got going about midnight it closed could do with about another hour,we were very gratefull that we were able to keep our room on till departure time, we will be going back loved the place,this complex has everthing to offer all ,bye the way i'm 81yrs old been all over the world from 5 star to self catering I'm an ex entertianer i know what i'm talking about(even if my spelling isnt up to much) So go for it and enjoy

We had a wonderful stay at Nana Golden Beach Hotel. The property is truly stunning — beautiful location, spotless facilities, and incredible landscaping. It really feels like a little paradise on the island. The food overall was very good, with plenty of variety. The only exception was the Artemis restaurant, which felt more like a canteen experience compared to the rest. Activities were decent, though there is room for improvement in terms of professionalism for some shows (for example the magician/illusionist). That said, the Greek show and African show were both enjoyable highlights. One important point: during rainy days, the hotel struggles to adapt. There are very limited indoor activities beyond eating and drinking, which can make the experience feel a bit repetitive when the weather doesn’t cooperate. A huge thank you to Angelina, Antonis, Dimitris, Nontas and Leonora — they truly made our stay flawless. Always friendly, kind, and professional even after long working hours. Their presence made a real difference. One small downside: being asked repeatedly for reviews just a few minutes after meeting staff can feel a bit excessive. Special mention as well to Mani, the account manager, who is clearly very attentive and continuously working to improve the hotel on a daily basis. Overall, a beautiful stay with outstanding people and a few areas that could be refined to make the experience even better. Big up from Belgium 🇧🇪

This place is beautiful and the service is amazing. Restaurants very good and so much choice. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the main restaurant you are served all food and can't just take the salad or puddings you want . I understand being served main meals but the rest would have been nice to just get yourself. Bar staff are amazing and all drinks are named brands and in with the all inclusive package. Cocktails are lush beach lovely canoeing and pedalo free. Will come back. Our room smelt a bit some days not sure if the drains were blocked. All staff friendly and helpful.

Best hotel ever. The staff have been amazing so kind and attentive especially Beata. The food is absolutely amazing so much choice. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Would highly recommended. We hope to return again soon

The service at this hotel is outstanding. The staff can’t do enough for you - shout outs to Haris, Maria, Kostas at Thalassa. Angelica in Guest Relations was extremely helpful and always wanted ensure we were having the best time. Our room, sea view, was very clean and had a fantastic front sea view. We are a couple and were a little concerned about how the hotel will work for us, being so family focused. We were happy the property is so big and has so many different areas, so would could always find space without kids - that being said, we came in April and the hotel was quiet. We managed to eat at all of the à la carte restaurants and they were all of a decent standard, with mixed quality. The menus are limited, but we always found something to eat. Well done Nana Golden, you’re doing everything right!
