Nana Princess

Nana Princess is simply exceptional. We had an absolutely amazing family holiday, and I can confidently say this is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. A genuine 10 out of 10 in every way. The property itself is stunning — a perfect example of true quiet luxury. Everything feels peaceful, elegant, beautifully maintained and exclusive, without ever feeling pretentious. We travelled as a family of four (two adults and two children) and upgraded to the Iagan Princess Villa, an enormous and absolutely stunning three-floor villa. It made an already special holiday even more memorable. What really makes this resort exceptional, though, is the staff. From the buggy drivers and reception team to the concierge, beach bar staff, and everyone at the Eternal Blue and Meeting Point restaurants — every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly, helpful, always smiling and willing to go the extra mile. The concierge team also created a dedicated WhatsApp chat for us, which made arranging everyday things incredibly easy and convenient. Housekeeping deserves special recognition as well. The villa was cleaned beautifully, and the evening turndown service was a particularly welcome touch when travelling with young children. The combination of Nana Princess and Nana Golden Beach is absolutely brilliant for families. While Nana Princess offers a peaceful, sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere for the adults, right next door is Nana Golden Beach — a true paradise for children, with fantastic facilities and activities. A massive shout-out to the entire kids’ club and animation team at Nana Golden Beach! Our children had the most wonderful time. They loved it so much that, now that we’re back home, we’re actually having some trouble getting them back into their normal routine! That probably says more about how good the experience was than anything else I could write. And perhaps the biggest compliment I can give this resort is what happened on our supposed last day. We simply didn’t want to leave. So we rebooked our flights and extended our holiday by another FIVE days! That is something we certainly hadn’t planned, but the entire experience was just too good to end. We have been visiting Crete for many years, returning to another well-known resort year after year. But after discovering Nana Princess, I genuinely feel that we have found something on an entirely different level. I’m already planning our next visit in May, and Nana Princess has officially become our new go-to resort for our annual holidays in Crete. Thank you to the entire Nana Princess and Nana Golden Beach teams for such an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to return! 10/10 — without hesitation.

Words cannot truly express how wonderful our experience at Nana Princess was! From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the attention to every little detail is simply outstanding. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel valued, comfortable, and truly special throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed every single moment, and honestly, we were so happy that we didn’t want our stay to end! An unforgettable experience.. in Creta ..the perfect place to recharge your batteries.. luxury in every sense .. amazing rooms .. toll amenities.. spacious private pool.. rich breakfast ..very romantic landscapes .. super sunbeds and private beach area .. and excellent services.. Nana Princess is a superb resort and we had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the outside area with private pool perfect for lounging. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. The public areas are stunning too. Breakfast is delicious and we had a great meal at Meat in Point. There are plenty of restaurants nearby in Stalis (walking distance) and further afield in Koutouloufari and Old Hirsonissos. Next door at Nana Golden Beach there's a fun water park and excellent exercise classes, although the gym at Nana Princess is also perfectly well equipped. Big shout-out to the amazing staff: Chrysa in the guest relations team helped us to plan a really fun excursion in the local area, with our rather random specifications, and all her colleagues were always incredibly quick and helpful to respond on WhatsApp for restaurant bookings, cabs etc. Vassilis down at the beach provided wonderful service and great chats. Waiting staff at breakfast and in the bars and restaurants are super helpful and efficient. Finally, I must mention how much we appreciated the compassion and kindness shown by Sofia when we approached the hotel on our return home regarding a stray cat we encountered there. This really went above and beyond and the outcome was truly heartwarming. Thank you all!

A truly high-end hotel with exceptional service and stunning quiet-luxury design. Everything is impeccably clean, the breakfast is excellent, the gym is very well equipped, and the beach is beautiful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel!
