Seaside A Lifestyle Resort

We’ve just spent the most wonderfully relaxing seven nights here at Seaside. Before arriving I read a few very mixed reviews and was a little nervous about what we were coming too. We arrived late, around 10pm, the check in process was very quick and we were brought by buggy to our room, 328. Our room was basic enough but nice and we had the most incredible sea view, we watched the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The mattress was a little firm for my personal liking but I guess you won’t please everyone in this department. There were no robes or an iron in the room which I did find a little odd for a 5 star resort. However, the house keeping team were wonderful, prompt and very accommodating. The hotel itself is stunning & is kept immaculate. The views are outstanding and it’s a 10/10 aesthetically. Photo opportunities at every turn! The two main pools are lovely, however we spent most of our time at Pelagos. There was very little shade to be found at either pool, but my husband was able to sit in the shade near the bar area when needed. There is no reserving of sun beds which I think is great, we seen staff removing items from reserved beds on a number of occasions. The hotel was at full capacity so you did need to be early enough to have your pick of sun beds which suited us fine as we’re early risers however I can see how this may be annoying for people. Towels are available from 10am and the bar opens at around 10:30, there is also a snack bar at each pool which we didn’t make use of so I can’t comment on that. The food was delicious! Upon check-in we were told we could book two of the À la carte restaurants during our seven night stay. I have seen other reviews which state they were allowed to book three so I’m unsure, however availability was very limited anyway. The night we checked in I checked the app the only time remaining during our stay was our last two nights. I did reserve two, but we ended up cancelling them for various reasons. I have heard they are wonderful though, especially Umi. Ultimately we really enjoyed the buffet food in the main restaurant and we were happy with that! Everything was very fresh and there was something different at every sitting. The desserts especially were amazing 👌🏻 The staff throughout the hotel are wonderful and really help make the experience special. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, they decorated our bedroom with a rose petal heart and left us a cake and bottle of fizz which was a nice touch. As mentioned in most reviews the hotel is built on several levels so if you struggle with mobility I wouldn’t recommend! Steps galore! We didn’t leave the resort at all during our stay, it was total relaxation which is exactly what we needed. I had every intention to make use of the gym facilities which I didn’t in the end.. oops! I did want to attend the yoga classes however, these were cancelled for the week due to sickness which was a little disappointing. I seen people complain about the drink options, I’m generally a wine drinker but I just avoided as I didn’t expect an all inclusive to offer the best wine on the market. The sparking wine was nice and I had mimosa’s by the pool, the other cocktails were very nice in my opinion and they were made to order. The Cosmopolitans & Hugo’s were delicious. They do give you plastic glasses by the pool which I find totally reasonable. I would rather drink out of a plastic glass than not be able to use the pool because someone has smashed a glass in it, but others did seem annoyed by this. Check out is 11am and our transfer wasn’t until after 5:30pm, we were able to use all the facilities up until that point which was a bonus. We did go to the beach and went to a little bar called Sea View Cafe Bar for the last few hours which was really lovely. We’re very lucky to travel a lot, and I think this resort is wonderful. I would very much recommend to my friends and family and I would come back myself! Thanks to the whole team!!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, the all-inclusive food was absolutely incredible, and the staff were exceptional throughout our entire stay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. This holiday will always have an incredibly special place in our hearts because we got engaged while we were here! 💍 We want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff who helped make such an important moment in our lives feel so perfect and unforgettable. The kindness and attention we received made the whole experience even more special. The food deserves a mention of its own — for an all-inclusive hotel, the quality and variety were fantastic. We looked forward to every meal and were genuinely impressed throughout our stay. There really isn’t anything we could fault. The hotel, food, atmosphere and, most importantly, the wonderful staff made this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We loved it so much that we’re already talking about coming back — and we would absolutely love to return for our honeymoon! ❤️ Thank you to everyone at the hotel for giving us memories that we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. An easy 5 stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve just come back from seven nights at Seaside a Lifestyle Resort in Crete, and honestly, what an amazing holiday! From start to finish, everything was just perfect and we had the best time ever. Our room was modern, beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The whole resort was incredibly clean and well looked after, and you could tell that so much thought had gone into making everyone’s stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The staff were honestly amazing. Every member of staff we came across was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. They really made us feel looked after and were a huge part of what made the holiday so special. The food was fantastic too. The buffet had a great variety, everything was fresh and really tasty, and we never felt like we were eating the same thing over and over. Even when it was busy, it never felt overcrowded, and the staff were constantly topping everything up, so there was always plenty of fresh food available. We also ate at all three of the à la carte restaurants, which are included with a seven-night stay, and they were all fantastic. Oceana was definitely our favourite — the food and service were brilliant and it was such a lovely experience. The pool area was brilliant, and having the bar there made everything so easy. There was a great selection of drinks, plus fresh fruit, cakes and muffins available throughout the day. There were also always plenty of clean towels, so we genuinely didn’t have to worry about anything. What we loved most was that everything just felt effortless. We could completely switch off, relax and enjoy ourselves without having to worry about a thing.

We had the best week at seaside à la lifestyle! It was definitely the best hotel we have been to so far from the views, food and hospitality. Everywhere you go in and around the hotel, the views are just amazing. The food was also the best out of all the hotels we have been to before, especially the desserts! There are so many welcoming and friendly employees too around the hotel but Ekin who works in one of the bars definitely made our experience even more special. The only things I would change about our stay is ,I was a bit disappointed with the waiting time of an evening for drinks, it could even take up to nearly a hour to be served a drink which is not really something I would expect in a 5 star experience.I also found it a little disappointing that there is no drinks (apart from water) provided in your mini fridge in the room as this is something we have not experienced before. But apart from that, I honestly couldn’t fault anything and we loved every minute of it. We definitely would love to return in the future 🩷🌅.

Stayed for 14 days (11-25th August) First impression as you arrive is impressive, cutting into the mountainside, the hotel looks amazing. Check in was speedy, staff were extremely friendly and genuinely made you feel welcome. Booked a Sea View room with terrace and shared pool. Each room is allocated its own Bali bed, so no worries about people reserving sun beds. There was a daily message that went out informing people not to reserve beds, suggesting that this may have been a problem by the main pool. View from room was stunning and during my stay there were days where I was the only person using the pool. Turnaround on these rooms seemed to be anything from 2-7 days. Room was cleaned daily and the lovely lady changed pool towels also. Soft drinks were brought to pool rooms daily 3-4 times per day. Staying at the hotel for 14 days had the option to book twice at each of the à la carte restaurants, which I took full advantage of. No problem booking via the app. Alcoholic drinks and wine are extra in the à la carte restaurants, but the wine choices were varied and staff were happy to recommend. Main buffet restaurant was as expected, lots of choice, but yes it was a bit repetitive, Staff in all of the restaurants were amazing. Drinks were brought over without having to ask as soon as glasses were empty. Staff in the pool bar , so friendly and happy to offer suggestions for cocktails and make something not on the menu also. Soft drinks were local brands, some of which did not taste great! Easy access to the public beach via the lift and a short walk. Only used the beach in the late afternoon, so didn't use the loungers. Beach shoes recommended as it is very pebbly but well worth it Great little supermarket at the beach also. Hired a car for a few days from Agia Pelagia, well worth having a car for a few days as there isn't anywhere to visit within walking distance. Knossos and Spinalonga well worth a visit. ‘influencer’ types abundant in this hotel, good for entertainment if you enjoy people watching! If you are looking for a relaxing , decompress get away, you will not be disappointed If you want a holiday with lots of activities then not the right choice for you. Would recommend and would definitely return
