Seaside A Lifestyle Resort

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The hotel was great from start to finish. Arrival; we were greeted in reception by friendly, helpful staff and drinks. Everything was explained to us and then we were taken to our room by transport and they took are suitcases as well. Room was amazing - we booked a sunset view room with private pool. Which was best of both worlds; sunny mornings on the balcony with sea views to die for and then Sun on our private pool all afternoon again with great views. The housekeepers were the best we have ever experienced and our rooms were left absolutely spotless every day. The food was really good, lots of selection. I did read one review before we left where one hotel stayer saying he had to go to the beach restaurant every night for decent food due to the poor quality of the restaurant. I can say with all honesty I don’t know this was possible. There was so much selection I don’t think there would be any one who wouldn’t be able to find something to eat. Breakfast was unbelievable with everything you could want. Again waiters were always accommodating and so friendly and happy to chat. The hotels amenities were a plenty. Evening music was subtle and all you needed to relax with a drink in the evening. Pool bars were easily accessible and we never experience queues. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to truly relax and unwind.

Absolutely incredible experience through and through as usual. Special shout out to Elcin at the panorama main bar for always going above and beyond to make our nights fun and enjoyable. Wish I knew everyone else's name, the staff are faultless

This is an incredibly polarizing review to write. If we were rating solely on the shower and room design, this would be an unquestionable 1-star review. However, the hardworking operational team—particularly the restaurant, à la carte, and bar staff—did such a fantastic job that a balanced review is warranted. Yet ultimately, the architectural and privacy failures completely overshadow the holiday.First, the positives: The culinary and front-of-house teams deserve immense praise. As coeliacs, traveling can be stressful, but the food provision here was genuinely outstanding. A massive special shoutout must go to the "Captain" in the main restaurant. She was genuinely incredible—so approachable, accessible, and remarkably attentive in ensuring gluten-free food was safely prepared and brought out. The à la carte venues and bar staff also delivered brilliant service with real warmth.Unfortunately, the suite itself (Room 518, an upgraded Suite with Sea View, Private Pool, and Terrace) fell drastically short:Severe Shower Privacy & Security Breach: The shower cubicle features an unbacked ventilation grille roughly the size of an A4 sheet of paper. This is not an extractor fan; it is an open slatted vent looking directly into an active maintenance service and plant room behind the wall. When the bathroom light is on, anyone inside that service corridor has an unobstructed line of sight straight into the shower while you are undressed. Management confirmed in writing that this identical layout runs across the entire block, making a room move pointless. We had to tape cardboard over our own shower vent for basic privacy, and maintenance's only intervention was hanging a loose bath towel over the opening from the plant room. Making matters far worse, the exterior metal access door leading from the public footpath straight into that maintenance room was repeatedly left propped wide open with a brick late into the night. Despite management assuring us it would be locked overnight, it was photographed still propped open at 23:30, leaving the utility corridor directly behind our shower accessible to anyone walking through the resort. Pool Privacy Disappointment: The photos online do not make clear that access to the suite is via an exterior pathway running directly across the front of the private pool rather than from inside the building (which is taken up by the service area). As a result, other guests constantly walk right past the edge of the pool, completely destroying the private look, feel, and seclusion you expect when paying for a private pool suite.While the restaurant staff and allergy handling were exemplary, basic privacy and security in a luxury room are non-negotiable. If you stay in this room type, be aware of the footpath traffic by your pool and inspect your shower vents immediately upon arrival.

Wow! What a place! My husband and I are just coming to the end of a 14 night break here and it didn’t disappoint. We have been absolutely thrilled with the hotel, staff and facilities here from initial (late) check-in (due to NAT failure in UK) to the end. This has quite honestly been the best holiday that my husband and I have ever experienced and we’ve been on some great ones. We stayed in a very beautiful Sea View room. We were shown by Golf Buggy, all the facilities at check in. The room was luxurious and had beautiful views. We were close to all facilities. The Pool / Bar area at lower level (there’s a roof top one too) were immaculate and we didn’t have to reserve sunbeds despite the hotel being fully booked. Maria and Dimitris at the bar provided excellent and consistent service throughout and were so friendly and welcoming no matter how busy. Thank you to both of them. Many other staff were lovely too but these two stood out. There are 3 à la carte restaurants as well as one large buffet. Food was again excellent. The desserts were out of this world and prepared by a French Patisserie Chef daily. Stunning to look at and even better to eat. This is an adult-only hotel where you can be as relaxed as you want or as sophisticated as you want. Quite simply, this has been such an amazing stay( honeymoon) for us that we are booking to come back next year. Thank you to the Manager and all staff for making our holiday so special and memorable.
