Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The positives: great pools, water park and beach access, and excellent allergy handling in the main restaurant. However, at the Mediterranean restaurant, the chef incorrectly told us a buffet dish was safe when it contained our allergen – a serious safety issue. We booked two identical rooms but received very different ones. One was spacious, while the other was small and cramped. Our room also had many stairs, which was not disclosed when booking and was very inconvenient with a baby and stroller. It was also full of ants that bit us (photos attached). The reception staff were polite and tried to help, but the manager was rude and actually shouted at us when we explained why the proposed alternatives did not work. She also told us that because we were “young and healthy”, the distant room should be fine. The alternatives were either a room facing the go-kart track, with noise until late at night, or one very far from the resort’s facilities. Eventually, another room was offered late in the morning with only two nights left, and it still involved stairs, so moving at that point made little sense. Good facilities, but serious issues with room consistency, accessibility, cleanliness and especially management made the stay disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the whole team was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention to Andrei, who has been absolutely amazing! His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude really made our stay even more enjoyable. He always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

Star Beach Village Water Park - Informații

Hotelul se remarcă printr-o locație excelentă – în apropierea unui golf cu plajă de nisip. Cei care doresc să descopere atracțiile din împrejurimi pot face o plimbare până la Hersonissos, unde se află numeroase magazine, restaurante și taverne grecești. aquapark reprezintă o atracție importantă pentru familii. Cei care preferă vacanțele active pot încerca scufundările la suprafață. La sfârșitul zilei, clienții se pot bucura de programe de animație și de seri grecești, care le permit să simtă adevărata atmosferă a insulei.
