Stella Blue Seaside Resort

We spent the best week at Stella blue, I couldn’t really fault this hotel, it should be 5*, apparently the only reason it isn’t is because they don’t have rooms with private swim up pools. It has a very chilled feel about the hotel, the staff looked smart in their linen uniforms…very spa like. The food is absolutely unbelievable, both à la carte and buffet restaurants, blu restaurant & asian daytime food is fantastic, large selection of cocktails & drinks. Pool area fab, every sunbed is a Bali bed, very relaxing. Evening entertainment is very chilled. Staff can’t do enough for you, so polite. The tiny church next to the pools is beyond magical. Things I’d change would be… all inclusive till midnight, if you can’t eat at blu restaurant on a evening….due to weather conditions, have a alternative place to have the meal…like in ocean restaurant, there’s more than enough room. Frozen daiquiri drinks should always be a must on holiday! A gyros bar to grab quick food and sit at your sunbed would be nice. All small things, and just my opinion, apart from this, it was perfect! Oh and it should definitely be an adult only hotel, kids don’t belong in this hotel, they have Stella village and palace for all of their fun, blue should be adult only like the island. Staff to mention…. Ria, waitress around the pool works so hard, always polite, we loved her. Ronald in the buffet restaurant always greeted us with a smile, hard worker. Marina & Rania on guest services, lovely women, amazing at their job, always so polite, we had a chat most days, I loved seeing their smiling faces everyday, All of these people are a credit to Stella blue. But every staff member deserve the same, they all work hard. Marina arranged for us to have a look around Stella island, we got took there in a golf buggy, got took around by a lovely lady, and had a drink, and I must say the island is absolutely beautiful, it’s the dream to stay there one day. But Stella blue has more of an intimate feel that I think Stella island might lack, but that’s purely because of the size of it. This hotel is now definitely one of my favourites now, and we will be returning regularly.

We arrived at this hotel late in the evening around 23:00, the bus transfer was about 30 minutes. Check-in was easy, there is an app you download onto your phone so that you can view the restaurant menus, book into Ble and Ocean (A’ La Carte restaurants), it shows you the entertainment, service requests and contact for tennis/ padel courts. The hotel also use this app to notify guests (such as Ble is closed tonight due to the weather). Our room (442) was a pool facing/ sea facing luxe room with four-poster bed. The room had a Lor coffee machine And the pods were topped up daily, there was a mini fridge with pop (including tonic water and Coke Zero) and water. Because we arrived late and missed the restaurant, food had been put into our fridge, things like fruit, salads and sandwiches. The room also had a jungle formula mosquito plug in to use. There is a safe also. No iron or ironing board but this can be requested. There are two main pool areas, a small one at the back of the hotel and then a larger pool at the front. Then separate a bit at the side of the hotel, almost like a lazy river for the swim up rooms which anyone can use (so in away 3 pools). I’ve attached a map (see map I’ve uploaded). The sun loungers are really comfortable. People were putting their towels down to reserve the beds between 07:30-08:00, but to be fair everyone did this, went to breakfast and then were on the beds the rest of the day, it isn’t as if they reserved them to not use them. There is chill out music around the pool (which could do with being a tad louder) you can’t really hear it. The beer is Thea (like a Pilsner) I always bloat with beer and didn’t with this one. The wines are very good, best wine I’ve had at an all inclusive. The cocktails, we thought were plenty strong enough, but they do ask you if you want singles/ doubles with your mixer. There is an Asian restaurant at the small pool (13:00-17:00) service, Ble restaurant at the main pool (13:00-17:00). Main restaurant is (12:00-14:30) and then from (19:00) for the evening at the main and Ocean/ Ble. I recommend using the app straight away to book into Ocean and Ble for the evenings as the time slots go fast (you get one ticket each week to use at each for the evening). The food at both these restaurants is tasty and by far the best I’ve had at any other all-inclusive. I would bare in mind the prices for cocktails are (11-13€) each if you’re not all-inclusive and the meals are also quite pricy, so I’d recommend going all inclusive here (we still eat out in the village). The main restaurant, again the food is nice. We did struggle a little being vegetarian, there are selections for vegans/ vegetarian, but it could do with being a bit more varied in the main restaurant, so that you’re not stuck with salad, soup or the 2 mains they have on. The service at this hotel is amazing! I can’t fault it. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk into Analipsi. Again the service at the restaurants in Analipsi and elsewhere is just next to none, the Greeks could definitely teach a lot of countries a thing or two about friendly hospitable service. The beach at the hotel.. isn’t much of a beach, very rocky and it was just nicer to be around the pool. We went into the old town by taxi arranged at hotel reception, it cost 20€ which we thought was quite expensive, the old town restaurant booked us a taxi back and this cost 15€ (not black cab). The gym here at the hotel is very good too, small but has everything you need really. Some of the equipment is missing from the multi cable machine and so this could do with being rectified, but again it’s better than a lot I’ve been too. The hotel is very clean too, even the pool toilets I expected some mess because people can’t put tissue in a toilet or bin for some reason, but again… totally clean. Spa is lovely (look ahead at the weather and reserve if it’s going to rain) 20€ for an hour- heated pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge. The treatments are a little pricey. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we would definitely return. Also, if you have certain rooms you can use Ocean for breakfast and omg.. please try the menu. Please note this is a chill out vibe kind of hotel. They don’t have animation teams and baby shark consistently and so if that’s what you’re after, this is not the hotel for you. We have 2 days left and I doubt very much I’ll regret uploading this review early.

One of the best experiences I’ve had on holiday with my family. Staff were very attentive and accommodating to all our needs. thank you to the buggy drivers who are able to take me and my family to and from places when as my grandmother needed help here and there. rooms were very clean and constantly refreshed every day and very comfortable. Showers were powerful and warm and the food was 10 out of 10.

We came for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and attentive, our room was very nice, and the restaurants were great! We visited the spa for a couples massage and had such a great experience we went back for two more treatments.

Our trip here was fantastic. Booked for my partners 30th birthday as a suprise. Never been to a hotel so attentive and clean. From the moment i booked the hotel was quick to respond to emails and queries. Welcomed with a refreahing drink and an upbeat greeting from staff. The rooms where clean and spacious. We had a private hot tub room which although took a while to fill up was the best upgrade. We booked the spa and had a private suite with jacuzzi and steam room to ourself. We felt like royalty the whole time. The food was one of the best all inclusives we have been too. Most of the food was actually hot which isnt normal for all inclusives and the choice was 10/10 with somthing for everyone. The sun beds were so comfy and there is so many little things provoded to make the stay wonderful. We only had a long weekend here and it was during the bad weather but the hotel and staff done what they can to make it special still. This hotel is 5* in my opinion. Would 100% return.
