Stella Blue Seaside Resort

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms are located in small buildings of 3 storeys and present a nice design. Big pools (unfortunately not heated) and green environnement. Fortunately we had booked a room with jacuzzi. It was perfect for October. The "all inclusive" formula is very large and qualitative in terms of drinks and meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend 👌.

We had a wonderful stay at Stella Blue Seaside Resort. The hotel was lovely, but what we'll remember most is the people who made our holiday so special. A very special thank you to **Ronald from the restaurant**. We saw him at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and he was always smiling and in a great mood. He quickly remembered what we liked to drink, made us feel welcome every day and was always attentive without being intrusive. It's those little things that make such a difference. Ronald is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to return to a hotel, and he really deserves recognition. We also want to thank **Christian Abellera**, who looked after guests around the pool. He regularly came by our sun loungers to check if we needed any drinks, always with a smile and without disturbing our relaxation. Such a friendly and thoughtful person. And of course, **Magda at reception**, who gave us such a warm welcome during check-in. Very kind, professional and helpful. We also loved the thoughtful gesture for my girlfriend's 30th birthday. It meant a lot to us. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic holiday. We would definitely return! I really hope Ronald, Christian and Magda receive the recognition they deserve.

The hotel itself is lovely. Check in was easy but they take your card details as though they expect to have to charge you. For an all inclusive it was a little frustrating. Staff were friendly however as a solo traveller you were often overlooked for couples. This was mainly round the pool area when staff were taking drinks orders. At dinner rarely were you offered a drink. Other tables were being approached regularly. I have come out of season so it’s not as busy as it could be. Dinner was ok. Nothing outstanding. Lunch in bleu was probably the best experience of food. Breakfast was ok although hot plates rarely kept food hot more lukewarm. Breakfast served until 11am. I had a late breakfast today as I have a late flight tonight. Checkout was 11am. I returned to my room at 10.30 to gather my belongings as €70+ for a late checkout of a hotel not at capacity is steep. That would only take me to 6pm. They then advised it would be till 1pm. I declined. The jacuzzi on the balcony. Not worth the money. Used it once. Reminded me of being a small child and bathing in the sink! I had looked forward to the holiday for 12 months. I was disappointed and won’t return. Sunbeds readily available round the pool so that’s a positive. Advertised entertainment didn’t happen. Was looking forward to the pool dj yesterday. Never happened. I’m not one for shows etc but there was no entertainment at all except maybe music in the lobby. Was good but the area is packed when the weather isn’t the warmest and seating limited. The room was comfortable and modern with a boutique feel although not a fan of no bathroom as such. Just a toilet and separate shower.

First draft: We chose this hotel as it describes itself as serene and a perfect place to relax and unwind. This was not our experience. We had an excessive noise issue with our rooms being above the bar/reception where evening entertainment was held. The area is a huge void with open staircases where the sound, even talking, echoes around. The noise went on until 11.15/11.50 most nights. This was particularly annoying as Greece entered its Common Quiet Hours (Koini Isychia afternoons 3.30pm to 5.30pm and evenings 10pm to 7.30am) on 1st October and we arrived middle of October for that very reason. The blaring poolside DJ set at 4.30pm didn’t help either. It set up right next to us and so we went out instead. We were told, repeatedly, that Greek law allows a hotel to bring entertainment inside if the weather isn’t good. That may be so if it complies with their Common Quiet Hours but it did not. After being told they were full/ guest relations weren’t aware/ they need to check cctv to make sure we really did go to reception and complain at 11.20pm/ can only action a change after 11am etc, etc, our rooms were changed. Perfect. Or so we thought. We were then hounded (guest services even waited for our arrival at our Ble restaurant reservation to ask us to come and sign a NDA disclaimer and the operations manager loitered nearby for the first hour of our meal). We called our travel company who advised us not to sign and that we had no legal obligation to sign. They told us that one of the restrictions was a clause that forbids you to write a negative review afterwards. Given how loud the noise was, we do wonder how many people might previously have been affected and the true rating is skewed due to the number of disclaimers in place. Do not accept rooms above the bar/reception (101-108 at least) if you value your sleep and never sign Non Disclosure Agreement disclaimers that remove your right to truthfully review and share your real experience.

We have just returned from the most beautiful stay at Stella Blue Seaside Resort, and honestly, what an absolutely stunning place! Everything about this hotel is aesthetically beautiful, from the surroundings to the little details. It really is somewhere special. Our swim-up room was wonderful and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is immaculate, the atmosphere is lovely and, above all, the staff are what make this place truly exceptional. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. A special mention to Monica, our lovely room cleaner, Sandy in the evening restaurant, Yasmin in the morning restaurant and Theresa in the spa, to name just a few. You all helped make our holiday that little bit more special, and we really appreciated your kindness. It's the people as much as the beautiful surroundings that make a place worth returning to, and Stella Blue has both in abundance. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We have made some lovely memories and are already looking forward to coming back. Stella Blue, you've definitely stolen a little piece of our hearts! ❤️
