Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is clean, well-organized, and very well maintained. The pool and all the facilities were clean and in great condition. The water park was especially fun, with a great variety of slides and activities for both kids and adults. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, polite, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Whenever we had an issue, the staff made a real effort to help and find a solution, which we really appreciated. The location is not the best if you want to be close to shopping areas. It took us around 30–40 minutes by taxi to reach the main shopping area. However, the hotel is close to the beach, which was definitely a nice advantage. I also highly recommend the Asian restaurant at the hotel. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the waiters were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed at the Stella Palace holiday resort, which was pur 4th visit to the location. The resort has grown in size and provides great facilities for all the family, including an adults only complex. The resort provides good food and entertainment for all ages. We also enjoyed the pool facilities, especially the Aqua aerobics which was conducted by Mike who was very professional. I would recommend this resort to all families.

Excellent food, clean and comfortable accommodation, and very friendly, helpful staff. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

One of the best hotels I've been to! The service is 10/10! Food us so good! Everyone is so nice and professional, from cleaning ladies to the buggy car guys! Even had a very personal private service from the pharmacy for me! Its all about the small details and they did great!! Will come back again! The water park is great too!!

We recently returned from a wonderful four-night stay at Stella Palace Aqua Park Resort, and we had to write this. 🏨Experience and Service - From start to finish, the experience at the hotel was stunning and the service was consistently friendly and professional. We especially want to give a shout-out to Eleftheria❤️, Eva❤️, James❤️, Manos❤️, as well as the entire kids' club team❤️ (and we apologize if we've forgotten anyone) - everyone treated us and our children with genuine warmth, always with a smile and always with patience and understanding. We truly felt the whole hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. 📍 Hotel Location - The location is simply perfect. The hotel sits right on the beach and promenade, and nearly every major attraction in the area is reachable within half an hour's drive. 🛏️ Room Location - We chose a room with a shared PRIVATE pool located near the Mexican restaurant Abrazo, in the center of the hotel. It's a fantastic location - close to everything - and in our opinion, the best location in the entire hotel. 🌊 Water Park - The hotel's water park is definitely one of the standout features of the stay. Its size caters excellently to every age group - from the bigger, more challenging slides to the calm, safe areas for younger children. There's enough variety of attractions to easily spend hours there every day without a dull moment for the kids (or the parents). Even at peak times, the park didn't feel overly crowded, and hygiene and maintenance were kept at a high standard throughout our stay. 🥩 Food - The buffet is high quality and satisfying, with a wide variety to suit every taste. The à la carte restaurants were simply excellent - a quality and level of service we didn't expect. 🍽️ À La Carte Restaurants - We dined at two à la carte restaurants: Abrazo and Almyra. Service at both was excellent and attentive. At Abrazo, every dish was great except for the burrito, which turned out to be more like four small fried cigars rather than what we expected. Almyra, meanwhile, stands out for its stunning location - right on the water, with a pleasant breeze accompanying the entire meal (worth noting it's a gentle breeze that won't blow napkins away, thanks to a low glass barrier protecting the table). 👏 A moment that says it all - Since we only stayed four nights due to personal constraints, we weren't entitled to complimentary meals at the à la carte restaurants. We asked whether we could get one complimentary meal - and to our surprise, the staff gave us two! When we tried to insist on paying for at least one of them, they firmly refused to take any money and insisted we take both meals as a gift. A small gesture that says a great deal about the heart and attitude of the people who work there. 🔧 Areas for improvement - Two small things that could make the experience even better: 1. The TVs in the rooms should be smart TVs - this is especially important during afternoon downtime with the kids in the room. 2. à la carte restaurants - Regarding availability at the à la carte restaurants, it might help to extend their opening hours by one more hour, although even here the staff does everything possible to help you to find a table, since there are constantly cancellations and changes that open up flexibility. Aside from these two points, we have no other complaints whatsoever - everything else was simply PERFECT. A hotel we recommend wholeheartedly, and one we will definitely return to.
