Stella Village Seaside Resort

Friendly staff, good quality drinks, and a great complex, lots to do with the kids! The waterpark is great as well, lots of different pools on site for all ages and good nighttime entertainment. The only downside we found d was the food was very repetitive, although it was really nice, we found it was the same most nights. The rooms were nicely decorated as well, looked like they had just been refurbished! Right next to the see with a small clean beach and nice walk outside the front of the hotel

Abolutely amazing holiday had by our family of 4 in October. So much choice of pools, bars, food, many lovely staff work here and made us feel very welcome. Linitta (i hope i've spelt her name correctly) was one of the kindest hospitable staff members they had, always stopped to speak to us and ask how we we were. Jes was a young waiter who was very good with our little son and made him laugh a lot too. I really don't understand the criticisms of food choice at this hotel- the main resteraunt had different options every day (of course some of these were the same such as pizzas, salads etc.) I never had the same meal twice due to the extensive options- don't let this put you off when reading these reviews, i have no idea what people are talking about with this. We had a complimentary booking at their a la carte resteraunt which i wasn't really a fan of, but if you like a la carte dining you may enjoy this. Everywhere was clean, well maintained and our room was turned over everyday. The beach is a 30 second walk from the front of the hotel and is stunning. Entertainment on an evening was great, particular highlights were a fire show and a magicians performance. The kids disco was a bit samey (from my view as an adult) but all the kids seemed to really enjoy it. Our holiday was 27th-4th november and outside of the hotel many things are still open and running, however many businesses were closing for the season so bear this in mind if you plan for this time. To summarise, I had a couple of concerns based on the reviews here before we went but this all dissapeared when we arrived. It is a fantastic resort and you are sure to have a wonderful time if you come here. I think this is on the basis of a family holiday however, if you want a quieter or a more exciting time as a couple there is an adults only hotel just down the road.

Just arrived back with my family from a 10 night break here for my 40th birthday. I was a little dissapointed to be honest. Lets start with the pro's - The staff were all amazing especially at the pool bar, however the woman making omlettes in the morning was so miserable i felt reluctant to go ask her to make me one. Drink choices were really good, we tried a few nice cocktails. The hotel grounds were nice and really clean. We stayed in a deluxe family room which was a nice size and was cleaned everyday. We didnt bother with the animation team during the day as we spent most of our time at the fabulous water park, but the evening entertainment was good especially for the little ones. Now the negatives - The food in the main restaraunt was so bad and poor quality on the first night. We was told by another family to book the mediterra restaraunt as it was much nicer but the same food every night which we didnt mind. We booked every night in there and it was lovely. Also one night at the ale carte. Our last 2 nights got cancelled at the mediterra as it was closing due to end of season. So we had to go back to the main and it was still shockingly bad. Whilst i was pouring a bowl of soup i noticed a long black hair on the spoon 🤢. Also there was'nt alot of choice to choose from. Pool areas are dated, but im told they are renovating them for next summer, thats why we spent all our time at the water park. Also the snack bar is miles better there too. Our room was let down by the smell of damp and the walls had mould on them behind our bed, bathroom ceilings and curtains. I put this down to no ventilation whilst showering as the shower was actually in the bedroom we stayed in. Even our bedding felt damp when we was going to bed. Last thing was 2 out of our 3 children were up through the night vomiting, which we put down to the food quality at the main restaraunt. This place could be amazing if they sort the food quality out at the main restaraunt and offer more choice. Plus installing extractor fans into the rooms to avoid condensation and damp.

Our family stay was made extra special by the warm and friendly welcome of the Stella Village Reception Team. Lita and Kostas deserve a big thank you and a pay rise. They are both true professionals. We went as a group of 39 for a wedding celebration, the food as amazing at every restaurant and the staff could not be kinder ! The rooms were great and the beds sooooo comfortable
