Stella Village Seaside Resort

We stayed at the hotel as a family and had a wonderful time! The hotel offers a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Despite the wide range of activities and facilities, it is surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. There is an excellent variety of sports activities, and the water park is fantastic. The slides are great fun for all ages – not just for the kids! The staff deserve special praise: everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any requests. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The food was very good, with plenty of variety and lots of fresh ingredients. We also really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the varied evening entertainment, which offered something for everyone. Overall, a fantastic place for a family holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good location right on the beach with lovely views over to doe island, great sunsets. Not much around but only a short walk up to main road where you could get a bus to almost anywhere. Atmosphere in hotel was good especially around pool bar, staff at this bar work so hard and are always pleasent. We had room 305 ground floor not far from reception, a bit noisy at night as the main walk way to some of the bungalows Room was tired, a concrete box, reminded me of the old butlin/pontins chalets, behind toilet was the store room for linen etc and at 0630 on the dot everyday we got woke up by the staff going in there chattering to each other before starting there rounds. Food was terrible, breakfast cerals, fruit, bread, jams and spreads were good and there was cooked breakfast foods. Some of the food at lunch and dinner was inedible full of oil, it was repetitive in both restaurants. Waterpark and pools couldn’t fault

Lovely atmosphere and such friendly staff. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and helping. Would recommend to anyone! The hotel is so beautiful, so happy with the overall experience

We came as a family of 11 including 4 children aged 2,5,7,13 we came 27th October to 3rd November. Kids loved the water park. We enjoyed the food although at times some times cold. We got on the train outside to Chersonissos which was good. We got a taxi to Heraklion and we also got a taxi to cretaqurium. Staff are lovely. Pools were cold for time of year. Lovely rooms we had the deluxe family room. Good amount of space . Could not fault the cleaners kept it clean all the time.

Everything was brilliant – the amenities are wonderful, the water park is amazing, the pools are perfect, and the whole resort feels so welcoming. The food was great and all the staff were lovely – truly 10 out of 10 in our eyes! A huge special shout‑out to Alvin the waiter – he was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay! He was so attentive and always made sure our hands were never empty without a drink. He really made our holiday extra special. We would definitely recommend Stella Village Hotel for families and can’t wait to come back! 💛
