Theartemis Palace

Stayed here the first week in November. The hotel was exemplary in ever way. The design was modern yet tasteful. The rooms were spacious and well-designed. We had a superior double in the main building with a very quiet corner room. Weather was still warm enough to swim in the sea most days but the outdoor pool was only for especially hardy souls. We loved the small indoor heated pool in the annex. It was the best of all worlds. The included breakfast buffet was stellar and all staff members were attentive and cheerful. Can't wait to return next fall!

I had a wonderful stay at Theartemis Palace in Crete! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious, fresh options. The pool area and facilities were well-kept and made the stay feel truly relaxing. With its great location close to the beach and Rethymno town, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a week at this hotel All Inclusive. The hotel itself is very modern and stylish and our superior double room overlooking the pool was nice and quite large. The only negative was that the large balcony had mirrored glass and with a large bush in front of it u couldnt actually see the pool! There r plenty of sun loungers but only the ones on the road side get the sun, the rest r in the shade. The pool was freezing, but ok once u r in! There wwere cover songs 4 background music and bar and food service available from your sunlounger! Towels were available but u have to go to the other part of the hotel, across the road and then downstairs to the spa to get them. The smaller second pool is in this part of the hotel as is the indoor pool, but was always full of kids! We had blue wrist bands as we were All Inclusive and never once in 21 sittings did we get shown to our table in the modern dinning room, but most paying guests did experience this, although not an issue 4 us. The staff were always helpful and provided good service. The food was dissappinting and the worst thing about it was it was never hot, just warm/tepid and definitley would be cold by the end of your meal! Only ever found 1 hot plate which didnt help! Drinks were typical of most All Inclusive deals, not great but good 4 beer and soft drinks. The location of the hotel is great, just over the road from the beach and a nice walk into town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. All in all, a good holiday.

I have just returned from my stay at the hotel - we had a really lovely stay and I really liked the hotel. I don’t usually stay at 4 star hotels but decided to give it a go. Pros: lovely lovely food and drinks, very clean, a lot of the hotel has the wow factor, great location for walks to the old town, good price for what you get, indoor pool is lovely for kids as it’s warm. Cons: not many at all, the rooms are a bit dated, a few touches to this and the hotel could be a five star. Would be great if the hotel bar had some board games or extra activities like a movie night. Overall, a great stay very happy and thanks for the wonderful times
