Theartemis Palace

My wife and I stayed at Theartemis hotel for the past two weeks and took advantage of the special guest discount at the Aegeo Spa located in the hotel. The team were the most friendly and courteous of people and they made us very welcome. I had a back, shoulder and neck massage and as part of the package an additional bonus of a second shoulder and neck massage today prior to our departure tomorrow. My wife had a full body aromatherapy massage with the addition on an extra foot massage also today. Such a relaxing experience that added to our overall holiday experience. I would highly recommend anyone visiting this hotel to pay a visit to the spa. You won’t regret it. Thank you to all the Spa team with a special shout out to Vaso, Efi & Alexander .

What a wonderful hotel. Me & my Husband stayed for 10 nights. We got to the hotel early Hours of the morning & were greeted with a welcome drink & also escorted to our room which was nice. The hotel itself is spotless & the interior is stunning. The location is fabulous. Only a few minutes to the beach front which is lined with shops & restaurants. The beautiful old town was only a 15 minute walk & it was a great place to spend the evenings. Our board was bed and breakfast which was perfect, we did also get lunch by the pool most days which was always great. I would personally recommend going bed & breakfast as there is many beautiful restaurants & local taverns to enjoy. All in all, it was a brilliant holiday & we will be returning.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed for 7 days and were incredibly happy with the hotel. The food and drinks around the pool were always delivered with a smile, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were incredibly keen and spacious with great views, and the staff were always attentive to our needs and requests. A special thank you to Ioanna for making us feel welcome It would be a pleasure to come back

Fab hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. we arrived late and were offered something to eat & drink. Plenty of sunbeds - no rushing in the mornings & no leaving towels on the beds as the hotel staff would remove them. Food was excellent Main part of hotel - Superior Twin room pool view great view over the pool and room was very spacious & very clean. Entertainment is low key, Greek night was the best! Old town of Rethymno is about 30 mins walk way, with plenty of shops and restaurants Beach is about 5 mins away with loads of shops along the front. Weather was fab.
