TUI BLUE Insula Alba

Fantastic stay so far. Great place, all clean, nice people and beautifull Hotel. Highly recommended. Must add a special shout-out to Manos. He is a great guy, co-runs the poolbar and has a little hook off. His nick name is Nokia, just because of the slogan "connecting people". Manos makes the stay at the poolbar a great experience. In this complexe world, we need more Manos. Bring people together, talk to each other and celebrate life among different nationalities, no exceptions. Thank you mister Manos for your positive contribution to this visit.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday at this amazing hotel. We were fortunate to have room 1709 which was a swim up room and had the sun from 11 am till late.All the staff were so friendly and helpful especially Manos at the pool bar who was just wonderful serving us our iced coffees in the morning and Gin and Tonics after lunch.The food was good with a nice selection each day .Would we return ? 100% yes ! Thank you to everyone.

We had the best week at Insula Alba. Hotel transfer was comfortable and quick. We were welcomed in Reception with a juice and a wet wipe to make ourselves feel more comfy after travelling. We were sat down on the comfiest sofas and staff checked us in while we rested which was a nice touch. Treated ourselves (us and my son and girlfriend next door) to swim up rooms which was a wonderful idea. The pool was so relaxing and quiet. Sun beds were super comfy. Only addition would have been access to an umbrella for some much needed shade. Food was lovely. Our one night (included) in the à la carte restaurant was a very nice change to the buffet (although the buffet, with the themed nights was also very lovely). Cocktails were amazing! Pool bar staff were so nice and made ordering your drinks a very enjoyable experience. All made with branded alcohol which is very rare for all-inclusive in our experience. Our room was kept lovely and clean, and minibar restocked daily. Additional requests (eg. Extra pillow) were able to be made via the TUI BLUE app and were dealt with instantly! Great varied itinerary of daytime activities if you wanted to get involved. Bit more seating at the pool bar would be good as was often hard to find somewhere to sit after dinner to drink and play cards (we often went up to the Mezzanine instead). A wonderful trip. We felt very looked after by the friendly/helpful staff. Super clean. Delicious food. Would love to come again! Thanks Insula Alba for an unforgettable week of pure relaxation!

I’d argue hotel was a 4 star and not a 5 star. Two week stay. Hotel was spotless, food was great and staff were fantastic. Couple little things - reception had a lot of wasted space; I’d suggest a drinks area - tea & coffee, soft drinks or even just a water fountain would have been great and maybe some local business people could set up a stall in the evening selling Greek items. Piano bar upstairs was lovely but in the two weeks we were there a pianist was only there twice. Evening entertainment as a whole was poor. The Spa was lovely and clean. I had a deep tissue massage. They do ‘price deals’ which is necessary as they are not cheap at all! This hotel & location is for those who like a relaxing holiday; which is how my husband and I like to holiday but for some reason 14 days here felt too long for us. Manos at the pool bar was fabulous!!

We had a lovely week with friends at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and the staff really could not do enough for you. I loved the small and intimate feel to the hotel, it never felt too busy and even at the buffet restaurant it was very chilled and calm. The pool is a great size, again never felt busy and plenty of room to get a proper swim in. We had a swim up room which was great particularly late afternoon for a more chilled vibe after the pool. The staff are really top notch, and Manos at the pool bar really does go over and beyond. A little cash tip is appreciated and they totally deserve it. It is a quiet resort, but there were a couple of afternoons where there was a trumpet player or a saxophonist playing chilled music which was lovely. We didn't see much of the evening entertainment but I would say that the pool bar area was always busy so getting a seat could be tricky. No complaints on the food at all, we found it varied and the snack bar in the day was also really good. All in all, a really lovely hotel and I would totally go back again.
